Lolz, the new season hasn't even started and you're so quick to say that Spurs is better than United just because they signed some set of players that we haven't even seen their performance on the pitch.
Manchester United will shock all of you that is underestimating them because there's enough time to play and overtake each other. Not like last season, that there wasn't enough time for Carrick to finish above 3rd position. Big dreams mate.
I have a lot of expectation for Tottenham, and their fans should have a lot of expectations too. They made some very good signings, and even for Tottenham, it would be a bad season if they don't make the top 5, or top 6 at the least. They also have a good coach who I believe can make them competitive.
For Manchester United, I believe Carrick can pick up from where he left off, but my doubt is that we have seen this play out before. We have seen when United get a coach who will perform well for the short term, and when he goes into a full season, he falls short. It happened with Ole, and it happened with Ten Hag, I hope it doesn't happen with Carrick.
With Pep and Klopp gone, I believe the league is open for anybody, so let's see how it goes.
