I just keep wondering what if we set time for the duration we are to use while gambling and yet the time elapsed but we are not yet satisfied or done with gambling, what are we going to do, should we follow the time frame stipulated or we should continue with gambling till we are satisfied or done for the day, if i will give my own suggestions, we should not be limited to how we are going to gamble as long as we are in position to do so.

Gambling is not so much a big deal and when I average the time I gamble daily, it can't be more than 2 hours at most, that is if I gamble at all on that day. There are times that it will take less than 20 minutes and so on like that. What matters is for gamblers to have reasons before they open the platform or step into that gambling house, we should not be doing anything anyhow or allow it to affect our responsible lifestyles. In the absence of that, nothing is the limit of gamblers as they will continue to gamble and live their lives as if nothing happens. This is how it should be especially if you are not such who are gambling aggressively, like those people who are desperate for the money which supposed not to be.

Usually there are people who consistently manage their budget and time when gambling, for example, when the time has been missed but the budget is still left to play, there are two options: you can play the next day or continue playing until the budget runs out, so the benchmark is not always just time, it doesn't matter as long as it passes a little , usually this is just to limit yourself so you don't get addicted to gambling.

I think you are absolutely correct, as the only ways some gamblers can get free time is only when they are off from work or some that doesn't go to work at weekends, I have heard of so many different people that are saying, if a time has past, that time will never come back, and it is true, so gamblers should only give them selfs time to gamble and not to spend the whole day in a gambling shop.
Like if a gambler can give out 30 minutes per day or twice a day in a week then that gambler is trying to secure his or her time and still don't wants to waste his or her time just because he or she is gambling (either gambling for money or fun).

There are only two choices, you are the one who controls the gambling activity or you are the one who will be controlled by the gambling activity that you carry out. And if you have difficulty determining when to play and when to stop, then it could be said that you are the one who is controlled by the gambling activities you do. And believe it or not, when we gamble too often, it will only cause us to become increasingly addicted to gambling itself.

And 30 minutes every day, I think that's still too much and too often in gambling, while 2 times a week is quite normal.

I use to spend close to 1 hour to my gambling because, I don't use to spend more than $4 daily in the gambling because I like gamble every day win or lose and, once I use that amount to gamble in the gambling center,  I will be waiting for the results of the game I bet to come to know if I win or loss for the minutes I spend for the gambling. There are some of my friends, they can gamble more than 4 hours in the gambling center either win or lose they will continue gambling until they empty themselves before they will know road to their house with sad mood but sometimes they will win to share some money to other gamblers that are around the center.

How many hours active or ideal time in gambling depend on how much money in our pocket, some one with much money have more time for spending in gambling platform and possibility taken one until three hours later. But for small fund in pocket they can manage limit until how many hours but spent it until losses their small fund for gambling.

But then it would be a total nonsense setting yourself an allowed time for you to gamble in the first place if you will follow it. The practice of giving yourself, or limiting yourself on gambling is part of your self discipline which you set to yourself, even if you are in a position to continue gamble because that's where the addiction starts. Remember no gambler have been addicting to losing, it's always  the winning part of it, so I think it is a good idea to limit yourself and try to spend other time on different things. Or maybe try gambling on sports, just bet and watch, it's relaxing and thrilling at the same time trust me.

Looking for the amount of time that is appropriate for us to put inti gambling is mostly dependent on the kind of bet we are playing and what we plan to achieve at every single bet we play. There are some bet that only require us to do small research before we book it just like sport book which do not allow us to stay on a single bet for a long period of time. There so many things we need to put into consideration for us to know how long and time we need to put into a single bet. If it is for casino games, we could spend little time depending on our capital and how much we are using to bet.

How can someone gamble more than 2 hours in the gambling center, but one thing i know in the gambling center is that the day you will win it will not take you some much money and some hours to win.

But the thing about gambling is that it starts slowly, in fact, at first, people normally start with a small amount of money. But eventually, because we are humans, greed grows and we want more. Then the person will change from gambling a little amount to slightly higher. And that’s how it starts. So, if you are not conscious of what you are doing, you can drown in it and lose all your money. This is why there is a need for one to be conscious by setting limit or defining restrictions for themselves (just like setting a reminder on your phone). Gambling is not a big deal but if you underestimate it, it can be worse than a big deal.

There is also a possibility that the gambler stays for longer hours because they are really having fun in their activities.  But of course we cannot remove the possible fact that they are gambling for an extended time because they wanted to reach their goal of winning a certain amount.

This depends on the gambling session result.  If the gambling session resulted in huge winnings then we cannot say that the one who spend less hours lose less than people who spend more hours.  This is situational, IMHO.

This varies, from a person that have other things to do, an hour or two is enough, while for people who have all the time in their hand, a whole day is not enough.  But for responsible gambling, the shorter the gambling session is the better.

Gambling should be for entertainment therefore if you haven't got the entertained I think you can continue gambling until you have got the entertainment that you needed. While looking for the entertainment, you don't have to chase after your losses by trying to win back all the money you have lost or you have lost focus why you're gambling. If you've been gambling to make profits and have passed the time limit you should as anything you do after your time limit is over gambling.

Over gambling can lead to addiction therefore we should know our limits and put a stop to it when we have gambled passed the limit. Every individual is different therefore we can't put a universal time limit for every individual but individually we should observe ourselves and try to be disciplined when we're gambling to avoid addiction. Personally I don't gamble more than 1 hour, I'll get tired of the game if I do that.
