It's so easy to make whitepaper look really promising and once they finish the bounty campaigns or after the presale then most likely they will not follow the whitepaper with so many delays for whatever reason they provide. There are many altcoins which have potentiality and positive signs for shine in future, so it hard to pick only one out of these. But if i have to pick one then maybe arbitrum is the one. Not lesser known but not so much popular yet. If you look at the launch date, the pre-sale price could be very cheap and could be more profitable for investors. but usually when it is first listed on the market, many investors who buy during the presale immediately sell their coins so the price goes down. If this happens continuously, it is possible that the coin will not last for 2 years.

I agree, sometimes unexpectedly you can find a suitable gem that will bring a fairly stable profit for a long time. This is what happened to me with TFS.
