I think the reason why you find many young people gambling nowadays is because gambling have taken a new shape unlike before. And what I mean by this is, there have been a whole lots of transformation in the system of gambling these days where people are creating more gambling games today, more like expanding the scope of gambling to virtually all the games you can think of.

You cant really tell because there might be those old gamblers which you might be able to see or met up on a gambling place which they had just recently dealing up with gambling and not really that doing for long time. Maybe that guy considered gambling as a hobby like me, so he does not consider it as a job that has time to retire. Gambling makes us fun if fits in the situation. Imo, The idea that there's a fixed limit for almost everything is often a hoax. The only age restriction is on the lower band. That is, the minimum age to start gambling. After that, the age to call it quit is largely dependent on the individual itself and whether or not they want to continue taking risks like that rather enjoying whatever time they'd still have in life.

I have limit on the time and money that will be used in gambling and when the right time is when everything has reached the limit that I have.
If the time comes but the money in the balance is still in my possession, then I still leave gambling and use the remaining balance to gamble coming day.
Likewise, when I limit my money, say $30 and before my time, that amount of money is gone, I will still stop and think that maybe I should have stopped sooner.
This is the way and also the right time when to leave gambling, I believe everyone has their own targets and goals in gambling and they know when to stop even though some gamblers will actually stop after series of losses that occur.

because there are parents who are old enough to still gamble, you can see that gambling has no age limit. except for the minimum age regulations that can start betting at official casinos.

Well, it is said that man only becomes old by his thoughts and not by age, therefore this old man would be very energetic to gamble at the age 70. Well, there is no hard and fast rule of when should one can leave gambling. I guess the money is more important factor than the age to join or leave gambling. We can't put an age limit on gambling or who has the right to play gambling because, as we notice, mostly old people tend to gamble as that is part of their hobbies, so I don't think there should be an age limit on who can do gambling. Gambling is built for the sole purpose of fun and entertainment, so I don't think that it should be limited to old age; maybe at a young age, they should not be doing gambling as it may influence them to gamble more and possibly become addicted.

As much as the person still has the physical and mental capacity to place bets, there are no restrictions. I even think that retirees should gamble more because they are bored and have less responsibility.
