I think it depends on the person, but most people should not gamble every single day. Addictions tend to creep and build up and that is why the same rule goes for drinking. People who drink everyday will sooner than later encounter problems (certainly health issues). Luck is not something that happens at a certain time. That is nonsense. Such superstitional waves of thought is just a gambler making beautiful excuses to gamble in excess.
