I have something else in mind after a series of losses I made just last Saturday. We tend to have such thougts after the result; either regret of betting because it is a losing bet or regret of not going all out because it turned out to be a winning bet. I do practice deleting these reactions in every bet simply because it doesn't make sense and will just affect my next betting experience.
