I still like this better since more people are familiar with it—because it's the standard—as oppose to discord. It was a much needed update. MetaWin support system was completely backdated. I had preferred not to reach their discord support a few times while I needed some information. Now it is easy for the users to reach the support team and get help from them through the most user friendly support system.
