I don't really like this. This "opt in" nonsense, the wager requirement and all that other stuff is just another way to basically eliminate some people from the airdrop.
People that wagered (and most likely lost) a ton last year, earned points for that, but if they are not active now (or not aware of the airdrop) they get nothing? Seems a bit odd. Everybody that earned $METAWIN points over time should simply get the drop into their account, plain and simple.
Why do we have to give an ETH address? Every other site puts the token in their player's account, it can be so easy.

I don’t received this specific email but I have offer like this last December and January but I never claim it since I hate bonuses that requires high wagering requirements. The offer you get has a very low wagering requirements though but I have no idea on the game.

Get the hardisk, go to repair shop, and recovery your data.

It's the hardisk fine ? I think somehow you still can recovery as long the hardisk are not actually broken maybe like just bad sector only. If worth it to save the data, then going to backup data guys would be suitable.

And this sounds like you did not make any backup for  your Metamask wallet. If it is right, you did very terrible practice.

When using a cryptocurrency wallet, the recommendation is making wallet backups, multiple backups, and must test the backup for recovery before you fund that wallet and use it.

That must be annoying. Can you actually only log into your account through metamask? You don't have an email connected to your account? On metawin I always log in with email and password, like on basically all sites. Maybe ask the support or something if there is a way? Or maybe you tried that already I guess.

Nah support not gonna to help you.

They will tell you for recovery your wallet by your self, It's part of security stuf bla bla bla. And they refused the process, basically these is mostly user fault and they really cannot do anything.

The part of web3 stuff they're offering is a better security than web2 account.

Last time asking in Discord the mod are kinda bad, asking about the truth about promotion from METAWIN Platinum they said scam while actually is a real one. Almost lossing 100-250$ bonus at the time asking these in their discord.

I'm still unranked in Metawin lol, not even close to Bronze (30% to go) while my gameplay activity can be said as zero at least this year since my last bet that I can see in my bets history was on December 20th.

Mod? as in the chat mods? I am not surprised then, because chat mods are not part of the customer service and thus don't have access to tools or the same information as them. They should just redirect people to actual customer service IMO.

For me, I didn't have any problem with the discord support by some mod. I always got a reply fairly fast (some minutes) and the answers have been pretty much on point. Sure, it was a bit annoying to be forced to downloand, install and app and create an account just to speak to a support agent, they should have planned that differently. For that I think it's good they have in house support now.
