If I understands it correctly, it was like the program has been abuse, but even though it's currently cancelled, in a statement as provided in the link you shared, they promise they'll return with a better system.

While many applications were from genuine VIPs, we also received a significant number from non-VIPs. Our team, unprepared for such a high volume, rushed to match deposits, sometimes neglecting to thoroughly verify proof. This led to us distributing funds, much of which went to players who, unfortunately, didn't stay long after receiving them.
When I woke up on Saturday morning EST,  I caught up with the team and questioned the process failures given the high amount of credits going out  (far beyond our agreed daily cap), hasty withdrawals of them by players and temporarily suspended the program.

Moving forward, we are resetting the program and introducing better systems to ensure the agreed strategy is followed properly. We also won’t run it over the weekends to ensure smoother processing in business hours.

Things like this really happened, there are a lot of abusers out their just waiting for the opportunity, I'm glad metawin realized it early and they had halted it immediately. As for you @AHOYBRAUSE you can patiently wait as they'll be coming back, and ensuring this time that the real VIP will be given the right priority.

I really don't think so. When you launch a program a first time, it's necessary to have a breaker to hold it for assessment before re-open it. I see it is normal, not strange, and less probability for abuse as main cause of their program suspension.

They will need to assess initial rules of the program, what need to be stricter and so on. They have to change rules up and down in difficulty of requirements, to make sure they can acquire maximum effects with same budget. It's a business operation, not charity, with acceptable rules that are not too easy but not too strict.

Mostly the problems are (checking & verifying). They don't have a huge resource for doing these, and from my perspective needed to add more teams for the verified check and filter data. For the filter data we can make a threshold (RANK + WAGGERING Amount on the account)). However, we still needed to verify the accounts really belonged to the person who are submitted the form. Cause, we don't want abusers taking someone's account randomly in some casino.

Hard task, but looking forward to see these back active again.
