I think we will see some surprises, and maybe it would be better to place some bets on some underdogs now when the odds are higher, as election day is getting closer the odds can really change. I will probably do it like that, a few lower bets on some underdogs with higher odds sounds better option in my opinion.

I feel like you are going to waste your money bro. It's not a typical game where if a person can perform well, they may win the match. It's an election which fully depends on the people of that country and look at the difference between the odds. I don't think anyone else has any chance to win except Trump or Kamala Harris.

If it were a match between Argentina and Saudi Arabia, there is a possibility that Saudi Arabia may defeat Argentina no matter how strong Argentina is. But, as I said, it's not a typical game or sport where the result can be changed based on a player's performance or a team's performance. The candidates have nothing to do in the elections except try to convince people to vote for them.

That's what I feel for some people try to bet on other candidates since its like Trump is clear victor for this year election. Many good things happen and their camp really do a nice job for tackling critical issues and win the heart of people and we see the approach since Trump always leading in poll. Although there are times that Harris go close but I don't think that's enough for her to win against Trump.

The shooting incident gives good boost to Trumps presidency since lots of people give their sympathy in that failed assassination plot. That's why everything goes in favor for the man and provably that Trump would secure his victory this season. That's why I bet on Trump because the pace is different and provably people will not change their decision on who's candidate they are going to vote. Its not sports where underdog still have a high chance to win, but let see if some controversy will affect their candidacy.

I totally agree with you, the presidential election is a completely different matter, but I think we will see some surprise, or at least I would like to. The difference between the odds speaks for themselves, and the situation seems pretty clear, but there's always some chance for the underdog to break through. I don't wish to turn this into a political discussion, but I think Kennedy is much more "normal" than other candidates. There has never been a woman president in the United States, so I guess it might be time for that to come...

I will "waste" a few dollars on a few picks, it's more for fun than for some serious profits... so it's not a big deal, if we compare this risk with risking money on slots maybe I have even higher chances. So I will risk a few $1 spins and we will see.

If I was living in the United States, I would travel through the states and randomly ask 1500 people who are they going to vote in the 2024 US presidential election. As far as I remember from the university, 1500 randomly chosen people are enough to give you a very accurate estimation, a margin of error is 3% in this case.
To say shortly, I would collect the results and if Trump was significantly leading in my poll, then I would sell the house and bet on him. I would do it at the last day of the bet because no one knows what's going to happen before. A small leak is enough to totally destroy the reputation of any presidential candidate. Now they are fighting like wolves and will try to leak as much information as possible to ruin each other's reputation.

America has a different election format. Trump needs to dominate most of the state and since every state has different number of voting power. It’s very hard to conduct a survey on a format like this because you literally need to circle the America just to get a decent survey result. 

I’m not really familiar on US Election but it’s always the survey top contender win the election that’s why betting on their election is always profitable. With Trump heroic shot on the ear, I doubt that he will still lose this election while people already have high hopes on him.

Well, those who expect to win a bet usually end up disappointed... I learned that a long time ago. It is big surprise but it mainly brings side effects to Kamala Harris when ugly activities, manipulations are debunk by community. I am not a US citizen, but assume I am, and I am also a swing citizen, voter, by knowing this fact, I will not believe in Kamala and will not vote for her.

For loyal supporters of Democrat Party, will significant people change their mind and vote for Trump, it's big question and I don't know the answer. The election in November will let us know.

Besides that, it's the last chance for Trump to become the president of the United States. He is in good shape, both physically and mentally, he has experience and I think there is no way he is going to lose, he has too many advantages over his opponents and that failed assassination really boosted his chances.

Manipulation is possible because they control many media channels that support Democratic Party recent years and tried to do combined attacks on Trump. They succeeded in 2020 and want to repeat it this year but in 2024, there is no massive luckiness from any pandemic.

There are wars, border issues that are biggest weaknesses of Democratic Party and it seems we will have opposite situation than four years ago. Republic Party have good chance to win in this election but it is natural when citizens want change.

That is what we call accident in sports, sometimes we call it miracles and surprising. The thing is, any team can win a match against world best on their good day. Similarly, any world class team lose a match against low ranked team on their worst day. It happens and not once or twice. Similar thing happened multiple times in sports where world class team lose matches against low ranked team. Take Argentina's lose the match against Saudi Arabia in the world cup as an example.

But, we are talking about election here and I want to believe not too many miracles happened in the political field. At least I don't know any significant story. When two most popular political party is on the election where 90% people are going to vote for one of them, you are expecting someone else to win the election.

That was probably the least expected thing in 2022. Argentina was ranked 3rd in the FIFA ranking and Saudi was ranked - 51st. I also remember that Russia did very well in the Fifa World Cup 2018 but if I recall correctly, they were massively using performance enhancement substances and failed doping tests.

On another note, big congrats to Blaise_Inferno for winning more than a million-- they won $400K earlier as well so more than a million in total. I do wonder how much was burned before this though. Also, imagine if the market recovered and they're still hodling a lot from it.
