I think Metawin's post on X was simply a parody. Binance Junior is basically about teaching kids how to use crypto, designed for young users aged 6 to 17 but still under parental supervision. I also don't think Metawin is implying that underage users to join any gambling activities. If you look at the message, IMO it seems more like a suggestion that parents shouldn't waste their money on gambling, but instead use it for something more meaningful for their children.

Gambling is for 18+ as I know and I am unsure how Metawin can make their products or part of their available products for kids while don't have legal issues with governments in many countries.

I guess it can be something not relates to gambling, but like Metawin academy for education kids about Bitcoin, cryptocurrencies, NFTs, ... It's only my guess and I think about these things as providing gambling products to kids is very impossible in legal aspect.

As you said, different providers have different rules and setups. But I think the standard cost of the Bonus Buy feature is 100x your bet during base rounds. So if you play the game at $1, you would need to pay $100 to get straight to the free spins bonus rounds. Some games will take you to the bonus games if you play only 50x your bet, and then they are those where you will maybe need to pay 200x, 300x, or even more.
