Sad to hear that, but at least you figured out how to deposit using that coin. And of course, those restrictions are pretty normal with casinos since it’s usually the game provider’s decision based on their license coverage. I wouldn't write just about anything. You might lose your money. Describe the issue to MetaWin support, and talk to them about what the proper way to deposit XRP to your account is. I am sure you are not the first person experiencing it, and they should know what to do.

Well, let's not confuse ourselves bud, even if the casino is using an automated response services to serve their customers in place of a real human customer support, is the automated response system also responsible for closing the opened tickets when the ops query hasnt been clearly responded to?
I know the op hasn't posted any evidence to prove that what he is saying here is the actual truth but if we should assume he is saying the truth, then metawin's behavior or attitude to the tickets is very suspicious, it only proves one thing, and that is that they possibly have something they are hiding, which they do not want clients digging deep to see, and who did and asked questions, they deliberately refuse the gives answers.

I will not be supprise that he can experience this since there is possibility of getting a rejected ticket if you are not following some simple instructions or keep repeating same old pattern that is unacceptable to the support mode of operation, us very important for complainants to follow all lay down rule to get the right response from the team handling their issues.
