Yes, he is a stupid father and needs to be taught a lesson so he can realize his mistake and not repeat it again because he left his children without his supervision. A father should be able to give full responsibility to his children and not just leave them without anyone to look after his children. Parents who have common sense will not have the heart to leave their children alone at home, especially when they are still small, as in the story where 2 years old is the age when children are most active. The child could do something dangerous because children that age will not know what things can and should not be done because children really need parental guidance, before becoming parents you should be aware that as a parent you have a big responsibility, not just thinking about your own interests. Why have children if in the end they don't care and actually have the heart to leave them alone at home just because they want to gamble.
