Like I said on my previous post, I've ran free raffles exactly the same way (provably fair with the bitcoin block hash) on bitcointalk since 2022, at least one year before you released your tool (2023). So, if anything, I think maybe you were the one missing credits. ... Anyways, other people feel free to give any constructive feedback. I think this is a constructive feedback. your old raffle doesn't run the same way (with share button encrypting parameters in the URL, prediction of current block, multiple winners, UI, etc etc)... You changed colors and size of inputs in the screen. You kept all features exactly the same way (even the flaws are the same, like the long URL to save parameters) But the refusal to provide attribution, and the suggestion that the credit should go the other way is unfair. If you copy someone work you are expected to give them proper credit, not say it is your own work when questioned about it. And I am not affraid to point out such behavial problems, this is why I am in your ignore list. The BitList raffle manager allows as many competitors and winners as you want.
That's one difference. Thanks. That is not a difference, he removed one line of the code. The limitation was a parameter, which he removed. && document.getElementById("n_winners").value < 31) {

Behave yourselves, boys!!!I prefer to throw the challenge out there to both of them: couldn't the tool have more features? I'm throwing the idea out there, but I won't give any hints... Who knows, maybe TalkImg could do a TalkRaffle someday. bitmover loves creating drama which goes nowhere. If I keep going, he will just move the goal post or ignore any arguments while the topic is polluted, I saw this happen many times on the portuguese board. He is a very dishonest guy, so it's just waste of time and so much easier to just ignore it completely. That's sad, but I hope everyone sees the point here. I've ran raffles the same way since 2022. A simple HTML page that takes a list of entries (rather than the bot doing it automatically) is not an original creation, definitely does not deserve any "credits". If he is so keen in giving credits, maybe he should have credited my Bitcoin Price Image v2 when he copied it here. He even gave me 1 merit for it, so I'm sure he saw it before. But I see no credits, so I'm not too worried about his claims. He just wants drama. /done

Let's get back to the topic of bitlist.co features. I monitor these indicators whether the site is online or offline. I am interested in what the difference is between orange and red dots in the uptime bar? Although some sites are completely offline, I can still see the orange dot.
btw. Your tool says (first two mixers) that they are offline, even though both sites are available.

Thanks, I'm investigating and will fix it. I do plan to improve the uptime status really soon so it's more reliable. It can be a bit tricky since many website block bots (i.e cloudflare). For the orange dot, that means "partial uptime", meaning the website was detected as being down at least once that day. But I can see that it's confusing and I have a few ideas to improve that.

I've seen that new raffle feature of BitList and that looks quite good but it will be better if the raffle auto selects a block after adding list of participants in it. Let's say if the list is added on Block 935178, it selects the next block for winner automatically and the next selected block should be 5-15 block far from the present block but even that selection should be random. Such a feature will make the raffle script even better I guess.

It comes with the current/latest block selected. You just need to press the up arrow 5 times or manually add 5.

Yes it is a bit confusing. Partial uptime/downtime makes it sound like it's up for some people and down for others. For example, it's working in some regions but isn't in others. At least that's the association that term creates in my mind. Perhaps you can change it to "occasionally unavailable" or something along those lines.

I'm not sure if this was earlier, but it seems that a certain update was made. Now, when hovering over each field, there is a tooltip indicating the uptime period. I thought of proposing something similar, but with printing in the block next to it, but this is probably the most elegant solution. Good work.

A few changes regarding the service uptime: - Added a legend that explains each color. - Changed the logic so a >= 95% uptime on the daily is enough to show as "up". - Changed to only show the latest 30 days of uptime (less clutter). - Changed "partial" wording to "occasionally unavailable".

That sounds good, so it's on raffle organizer to whether go for auto selected blocks or to do that manually. By the way I'm very happy to see the raffle future on BitList, and I'm pretty sure we'll see many good features on the platform in this year. Without any doubt the best project of the year! = BitList.co

BitList now has a Bitcoin Block Raffle tool to help you create raffles for the community. ... A very good addition to the project. I am seeing the project is being improved and polished the right way day by day. Good work, Ninja. Behave yourselves, boys!!!I prefer to throw the challenge out there to both of them: couldn't the tool have more features? I'm throwing the idea out there, but I won't give any hints... Who knows, maybe TalkImg could do a TalkRaffle someday. Haha, what a clever answer. By the way, Talkimg is also a quite active website and has a good count of traffic, and as far as I remember, I have seen its promotion ads off-forum, but I don't remember clearly where I saw that. Let's get back to the topic of bitlist.co features.
Thank you, mate, for bringing users' attention back to the on-topic discussion.

BitList is getting better with each update, the crypto converter feature is another good one to use on daily basis to get price of some good number of coins. I suggest to add more coins to that converter as that's a pretty useful tool on website like BitList.co.
I highly recommend everyone to use BitList to find all genuine services. The list of platforms available on BitList are genuine ones and I've used some of those platforms myself and I can say that I had no issue when using those platforms.

Yeah, i agee with you here. With the passage of time, Bitlist is getting more polished, and I do like some other updates of this platform, like the team has integrated the Ninjastic space tool in Bitlist, and they have also added the tool for the fair announcement of contests like "free raffles." I have also left a 5-star rated review on Monerica about Bitlist.

BitList is getting updates pretty well, and now it's a great place for Bitcointalk members because Ninjastic is now merged into it and I used to use that site many times to find deleted posts or edited posts. The raffle manager is another great tool that allow fair selection of participants who participated in contests. BitList is a great directory to find all genuine services that are tested and that work pretty well. When it comes to genuine casinos and other privacy services I check those at BitList because I know that at BitList I can reach the genuine URLs of those platforms. I highly recommend BitList to every crypto user.

First of all, congratulations on the update. The homepage has been completely revamped to showcase more services across more categories. Browsing and verifying crypto websites just got a lot easier.
At this point, I would like to mention that for those using a slightly smaller window, the menu is always "hidden," forcing them to click the "filter" button. It's true that nowadays most users have large screens on their PCs. But even so, not everyone likes having the window maximized. I think requiring a minimum width of 1800px for the menu to appear sideways is a bit excessive. In that sense, I would suggest a further review of this point, to truly facilitate navigation in scenarios with a slightly smaller window.

@icopress, I noticed the only e-mail service added to bitlist is protonmail, which a famous "private" e-mail service (but there are many people questioning how private it is).
Other services like tutanota (which is a better option imo) and startmail aren't listed yet.

Check again, I increased the width of the main page a little bit and made everything more centralized. I think it looks way better now. Thanks! Don't forget to create your account, and leave some reviews in case you test any of the services!
