Of course, cigarette addicts are very aware of the negative side effects on the body's organs which will worsen. But that is not a problem for cigarette addicts, they prioritize relaxing their minds and not being carried away by stress. It has become a basic assumption every day that except for cigarette addicts they will stop when they are sick

I can't figure it out how they know how deadly smoking is and they still go ahead to get more. You're right, the negative effect smoking has in their (smokers) body has never been a problem to them, is like when ever they don't take at least 1 cigarette it makes them go mad. Some say when they take cigarette it makes them to think far beyond human reasoning, like they see things non-smokers don't.
One of my neighbor continued smoking even when he's feeling sick, some don't care and they know their faith, they smoke they'll die they don't smoke they'll still die so why stop when you're sick? Life is all about the decision we take.
Even the advertisements on cigarette packs already contain information about their negative effects in my area. But it's not an obstacle to quitting, it's still up to people who are addicted to cigarettes to buy . Indeed, people's lives and deaths are determined by God. but accidental death from cigarettes is rare, most people suffer from excessive smoking in the lungs

That information on cigarettes packs (smokers are liable to die young) is one of the best advise the producers have to give to their customers and they know how harmful it is to their health (which means, take but don't abuse it) but some if not all customers do ignore it, right from when I was little it has been there but smokers do take it like it's a life saver.
That warning (smokers are liable to die young) doesn't signify that they'd stop after a particular rounds is just like the producers of cigarettes are letting the public know that they're never responsible if anything goes wrong, that the customers have to take but take it responsibly.
You're right that people's life are determined by God but that doesn't mean that we should use our own hands to kill ourself. Smoking isn't bad but when is excess that's when it's bad, honestly people don't care how it all end up for them, if someone who's a smoker who knows his gauge (maybe one or two sticks of cigarettes) and he's tell another smoker that if he takes too much of cigarettes that it will affect his lungs, the other one can say he (the one giving the advise) is too scared or hasn't gotten to that stage of taking more than 2 packs at ones, so some smokers are the cause of their problem.

Almost everyone wants to stop smoking but it is very difficult for them to make it happen. Quitting smoking is a good choice because we can maintain better body health. If the benefits of quitting smoking can increase the amount of investment you make, the better because you will get more benefits. Apart from the obvious economic and health benefits everybody is talking about, the fact that your wife can see it as something good too has also a great value. Many bitcoiners have problems at home because their relatives think that it is a scam and they are wasting their money, but in the case of the OP's wife, she can't complaint because it is obvious that his husband's decision is good compared to slowly killing himself.

That's right, I myself am an active smoker  even 99% can be said that all men in my neighborhood smoke. I think the two big benefits of quitting smoking are money and health.
*MONEY.
   an active smoker or cigarette addict tends not to look at the price of the preferred cigarette, based on everyone thoughts and tastes are different so everyone must have their own taste in cigarettes some may like high priced cigarettes and vice versa there are those who like low priced cigarettes the thing that must be considered is finance if we really like high priced cigarettes in the sense of having a taste for cigarettes that seem expensive then it will certainly drain finances, and if we do not have a stable income maybe this will torture yourself the same thing with a low taste in cigarettes, maybe this is still tolerable, because I myself have a low taste in cigarettes. with enough income for me,  I still stick with low-priced cigarettes because I really like them but what's annoying is that there are people who are used to smoking at high prices, when they run out of cigarettes and we as friends of course offer,  but the rejection that is done sometimes makes me annoyed. therefore adjust the income generated with style  so as not to die in style.

     Smoking is certainly not good for your health, but I'm sure there will be someone in every family who is a cigarette addict. because in my opinion cigarettes have their own benefits. I have read that the benefits of cigarettes are reducing the risk of Parkinson's disease, recovering quickly from heart disease, preventing asthma and allergies, nicotine killing germs that cause TB, and reducing the risk of obesity. Also in my opinion smoking can relax the mind, as you said ideas and inspiration will appear by itself, I feel this when I work, that's why I always work while smoking and a glass of coffee because coffee also has a healthy side, however even though so many people have a negative view of smoking. It's clear that smoking is not good for your health, your lungs can become dirty and so on. However, stopping smoking can make the lungs clear and the respiratory tract also improve, shortness of breath and coughing are reduced. The risk of coronary heart disease is reduced by half compared to people who continue to smoke. The risk of stroke decreases to the same level as if someone had never smoked. However, the fact that many people smoke cannot be hidden, even though there is a smoking cessation service on the cigarette packs, I think there are still many people who ignore it, because they are already comfortable smoking.

But it is not true to everybody. Some people who give advice to quit smoking so you could save up to buy a car, a house, or something else, then you'll ask them if they smoke, they'll answer "No", and then you'll ask them "do you have a car now since you don't smoke?" Most of them will answer "No, I don't have any" which helps you realized that whether a certain person smoke or not, if he doesn't know how to handle money, he can't buy anything because he can't save any amount.

In short, you can have any vices and still save at the same time, buying anything you want, investing in anything you want. It's all about how you handle your finances, and of course don't just rely on just one source of income.

Quitting smoking has two big benefits, and I've been doing it for over 3 months. And both can be said to be long-term investments, apart from long-term health, the money used to buy cigarettes can also be used to invest and I invested in Bitcoin.

Killing two birds in one stone indeed on which it isnt really just that making you healthy but also you do able to save up money on the same time with those vices on which it isnt really just that limited
on smoking alone but also in other things as well. If you do saw that it is already that affecting you physically then it would really be that best that you should be stopping it for good.
Dont wait up for things to be that in worst condition specially with your body before you would really be quitting smoking.  Dont wait up for things to be messy before you would really
be making out such act.

Its always important that you should really know on what you are doing so that you wont really be ending up on having those huge regrets when things becomes that messy
because on the things that you've been long time doing. There's no such thing about having no effects specially on smoking.

Well I think smoking is a very bad addiction for a person to have. I feel bad for a person when I see him smoking because we know how he is choosing to harm his own body. To be killing his body just because he has an nicotine addiction. 

But that is the addiction and he can not stop his cravings to smoke. It is bad habit and is expensive to be a addicted smoker. And smoking around children is not a good thing to do at all.

Well, I'm going to say that quitting smoking could really help you to save your money

You know, I dont think that quitting smoking is going to change former smoker financial condition dramatically. People focus only on the total amount saved during a long period, while pay little attention on expenses. For example OP said that he spends $90 monthly, which is $1080 per year. I am 1000% sure, that if he quit, he wont find extra $1000 in his pocket by the end of the year. He wont put those $90 by the end of the month in a piggy bank. That $2/pack he has mentioned, he would spend on something else. Cut of coffee daily. Buy more gas at gas station. Extra bottle of beer next time he does shopping. Anything. I don't know why addicts don't care about things like that, it's very good to start reducing now but it's very hard to do this. When you start smoking, inspiration for ideas will come out on their own, making cigarette addicts comfortable every day. it is indeed a bad thing for health, maybe time will tell when I will stop

That's right, I myself am an active smoker  even 99% can be said that all men in my neighborhood smoke. I think the two big benefits of quitting smoking are money and health.
*MONEY.
   an active smoker or cigarette addict tends not to look at the price of the preferred cigarette, based on everyone thoughts and tastes are different so everyone must have their own taste in cigarettes some may like high priced cigarettes and vice versa there are those who like low priced cigarettes the thing that must be considered is finance if we really like high priced cigarettes in the sense of having a taste for cigarettes that seem expensive then it will certainly drain finances, and if we do not have a stable income maybe this will torture yourself the same thing with a low taste in cigarettes, maybe this is still tolerable, because I myself have a low taste in cigarettes. with enough income for me,  I still stick with low-priced cigarettes because I really like them but what's annoying is that there are people who are used to smoking at high prices, when they run out of cigarettes and we as friends of course offer,  but the rejection that is done sometimes makes me annoyed. therefore adjust the income generated with style  so as not to die in style.

*HEALTH
     Smoking is certainly not good for your health, but I'm sure there will be someone in every family who is a cigarette addict. because in my opinion cigarettes have their own benefits. I have read that the benefits of cigarettes are reducing the risk of Parkinson's disease, recovering quickly from heart disease, preventing asthma and allergies, nicotine killing germs that cause TB, and reducing the risk of obesity. Also in my opinion smoking can relax the mind, as you said ideas and inspiration will appear by itself, I feel this when I work, that's why I always work while smoking and a glass of coffee because coffee also has a healthy side, however even though so many people have a negative view of smoking. It's clear that smoking is not good for your health, your lungs can become dirty and so on. However, stopping smoking can make the lungs clear and the respiratory tract also improve, shortness of breath and coughing are reduced. The risk of coronary heart disease is reduced by half compared to people who continue to smoke. The risk of stroke decreases to the same level as if someone had never smoked. However, the fact that many people smoke cannot be hidden, even though there is a smoking cessation service on the cigarette packs, I think there are still many people who ignore it, because they are already comfortable smoking.

People focus only on the total amount saved during a long period, while pay little attention on expenses. For example OP said that he spends $90 monthly, which is $1080 per year. I am 1000% sure, that if he quit, he wont find extra $1000 in his pocket by the end of the year. He wont put those $90 by the end of the month in a piggy bank. There are many important aspects of quitting smoking for people like me who live in a middle class family. First of all I want to say that children of middle class families have to go through many constraints i.e. if two things need to co-exist then they have to choose one of the needs.

For example a few years ago I asked my father to bring medicine for my mother and some food for my younger brother. But when my father came home I saw that my father had brought medicine only for my mother. I realized that day, my father ran out of money to bring medicine, so he couldn't bring my brother's food. That means he didn't stop smoking that day, he just smoked. Needless to say, Dad used to spend a lot of money on smoking. If he hadn't smoked that day, he might have brought food home. Number 2 may be free from health risks and have a good family background.
It is noted that my father died of lung cancer.

Smoking is really not good for the health,and spending money on it regularly is not still good.like a popular saying too much of everything kills.i was once a smoker and it became an habit to me,but good health is the greatest gift we have,so when I think of my health that's was how gradually I quitted totally.

Although smoking is harmful to health, we do it despite knowing it, which must be abandoned. Smoking is not only harmful to health but also economically cripples a smoker. Smoking is dangerous to the health as it has some health challenges like cancer,heart failure,lung diseases etc.It would be dangerous if smoking becomes an addiction,and may be difficult to let go.Aside the related health challenges, spending all your money on smokes isn't that relevant because if the money a person spend on buying cigarettes is converted to invest in Bitcoin it will be of great gain.

My comment was addressed into a bit different direction. Think about this. People write here that after he quits, he will save money, but like we figured out, he wont find that thousand in his pocket by the end of the year. Those $2 a day will slid away like nothing. If smoking isnt killing you for 100%, and OP did not complain about health, then for obtaining those $2 a day, he has lost a few minutes of joy or happiness. It is wrong to make such comparison, but still. Those few minute with yourself and your thoughts, that little pause from other activity, that little moment of happiness (if he wasnt happy, he would not have even started smoking, right?) cost only $2 a day.

I truly despise smoking, drugs, alcohol etc, but it's easy to see why so many people around the world are addicted to them. They truly do help steer you away from the day to day stress of this crazy competitive world.

Everyone are aware of the perks of quitting smoking, but only some have the willpower to actually go through with it.
