I bet you can punch through a concrete wall after doing 170k pushups, 100 or more every day for 904 days straight.

Edit: Have you grown any muscles, like triceps, for doing it consistently for so many days? I'm just curious.
Hahahaha
Thanks for asking.
I am pretty sure that if I had been younger, my muscles would have had grown better.
Sure, there has been some growth and tone, and probably I am in a better state of health from having had done the pushups for 904 days rather than not, yet there is a bit of a maintenance element that starts to happen when we get past certain age ranges...
...and the fact of the matter is that there can be some other health issues that exist and interfere with becoming a behemoth too...and yeah, at this point, my average is 189 pushups per day, even though a couple of guys have higher averages than me and if we keep these daily-ish pushups going, the guys who are continuing with higher daily averages should be able to catch up to me and pass me up.
As I mentioned several times, in the beginning I had to spread the pushups through the whole day, just to be able to accomplish them, and there have been periods of quite a bit of soreness along the way, too...and maybe several of us realize that sometimes shit happens in our lives so that it becomes hard to do the pushups whether it is competing issues or even the strength of our bodies - whether injury or maybe sickness or variations in what we may have eaten, our rest (sleep) levels and even the other activities that we might have had been doing through the day.
