This is the kind of weather that we all need to do our workout and jog our fat out from our body. We only have 3 months before the end of this year 2025...how do we rate our fitness level since we started to this day? I really thank the OP for bringing up this idea, it has helped many of us and it kept us away from laziness.

After a few days, I got a day off again today. When I go home, there will be less work pressure, so this time I will try to do more push-ups. This exercise is constantly giving me a lot of confidence because through these push-ups, my arm muscles are becoming much more stable. If I continue to do it regularly, I will eventually become like a bodybuilder. Although I don't know if I will be able to do that, my arms are getting very well-muscled. Previously, I couldn't do more than 5-10 push-ups, but now I can do 20 continuously. Sometimes I do a little less, but I will try to do more gradually in the future.

I am glad that you are making some good progress to slowly increase your quantity of pushups as you are feeling stronger (and less likely to injure yourself). We can go into something like pushups with a sense that they are way too difficult, and surely they are difficult, but our body gets used to them, and they are generally a decently good exercise for those of us who might not be able to exercise in other ways in our daily activities. Surely there are likely some guys who carry out physically active jobs, and they might be able to improve their physically active jobs through pushups, yet if they are getting old, they might pass a point where they would be better off to reduce some of the quantity or the intensity of their daily physical activities and figure out a balance that suites their age and their recuperation time. I am purposefully choosing to report today based on my having a nice round number for my number of days.. and surely I am also getting close to 10x the number of my merits, which also will be a day that I will report, and I project that it might take me somewhere between 2-3 weeks before I am able to cross over such threshold, since surely it is a moving target - even though perhaps on average I tend to receive around 5 merits per day (which would be the equivalent of increasing my target pushup quantity by 50, on average per day). .yet I am also tending to do in the ballpark of around 140 pushups per day, so I am still gaining and/or making progress about 90 pushups per day in terms of reaching such target... I'll continue today and tomorrow, and I'll be off on Sunday as planned. My tendons and ligaments are getting better. So, I'm working my way up to my desired reps, which is really good. I'm fully in the gym now, training in an indoor gym. I'll miss street workouts. Today was push and pull day. Pull-ups are starting to get easier. I used to be able to do 25 reps at a time, so I'm getting back to that.

I know I've neglected push-ups for a long time. Personal issues affected the flow of my life. I'm trying to get back to my old routine. I hope I won't have such a long break again. Today I continued with 200 push-ups. I haven't lost much of my form. I didn't struggle at all. I felt pretty good.

This is the kind of weather that we all need to do our workout and jog our fat out from our body. We only have 3 months before the end of this year 2025...how do we rate our fitness level since we started to this day? I really thank the OP for bringing up this idea, it has helped many of us and it kept us away from laziness.

This push up challenge is playing an important role in our really good health and proper body building. As we are regularly involved in this push up challenge, we are staying healthy from various health risks and various diseases, especially from major diseases like diabetes. Maybe many of us have a lot of work throughout the day and many do not have any work throughout the day, but for those who do not have work, especially for them, completing daily push ups and doing more exercises plays a very important role in avoiding various diseases. I couldn't complete these push-ups for three to four days due to my body ailment, but today I am pretty much healthy, due to which I completed my push-ups early in the morning. Today is bright and cold as well, days has been busy preparing for a journey but it didn't stop me from achieving my daily routine which have I have promised my self to be always doing and I must stick to it. Today due to the activities I had at hand I didn't achieve much, I only did 50 push up for today, and I was able to achieve it in 5 sets, 10 push ups per sets. We will continue until Bitcoin is €100 and above.

I know I've neglected push-ups for a long time. Personal issues affected the flow of my life. I'm trying to get back to my old routine. I hope I won't have such a long break again. Today I continued with 200 push-ups. I haven't lost much of my form. I didn't struggle at all. I felt pretty good.

In at the buzzer. I fell victim to a late nap. It was easy to do because we were pummeled with rain and hail today. That doesn't happen too often out here in the desert. Nice to have all the dust washed away everything and that sweet smell of freshness in the air. I'll be opening up some windows tonight for the first time in a while to enjoy the breeze (OPSEC FAIL). Swim season is definitely coming to an end soon.

I have been keenly waiting for your permanent return to the thread once more after a very long time away. Having you back to the exercise is a nice and motivating one and perhaps better and stronger. Sometimes one can appear in a very helpless condition and would need a time off. Pushups exercise is something that anyone who has tasted the benefits of staying fit would not want to stay away permanently anymore because of the feeling and the unfulfilled feeling too that comes with knowing you are not participating in what you love doing anymore. Your routine is nearly very stable and with such regular pushups number, one can nearly predict his exact day to attain 100k pushups unlike another who engages in irregular numbers even though he might achieve the 100k feat faster. Maybe its time you guys make an adjustment/change..... Or a new challenge? Last week in my programming we had the jason khalipa burpee test you have a few levels and it goes like every minute on the minute option are 6-9-12-15 burpee so for example I did 30 minutes long every minute 15 burpee (I had that as a goal, but could have gone further so gonna do it again with a 45 minute goal) its pretty hard for a challenge BUT it might be something else as the push ups and its a great exercise as well imo. I would say for some in here who are interested setting a goal of minutes each day with one of the giving volumes of burpees for each minute... ( one can post each day how many minutes the goal was with what amount of burpee, als the amount of burpee cannot be changed in the work out obviously) If I do 15 a minute, I aim to get them done around second 48, having a decent 10 second rest and the next beep of the minute i'm back at it. also the standards for the burpee are a little bit different as how a normal burpee is, for example there is no need for a behind the neck handclap and no jump, i have put a link with the standards ... This video would be more self educative for anyone that wants to join the exercise. Another good aspect of this exercise is it's indoor nature, you can perform it anywhere, just like the pushups exercise. All you just n ed is a flat surface and free wears, not too tight to allow your arm and legs movement. For more understanding, the images below may help anyone to get through the initial steps.  I would suggest you create a thread like 'Burpee daily challenge' possible in this speculation board. This would allow for more people to engage in it after all, everyone loves fitness.

Man, it’s been like two months since I last did push-ups. Getting back into it was rough, but honestly, it felt kinda good knowing it’s worth it. Hoping I can get back to my old level soon. First day I cranked out 12, then only managed to add 2 more the next day—26 in two days so far
