100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K Challenge

I'm continuing with my push-ups. I did 100 today. After my illness, a tooth problem has arisen.
My tooth has an abscess and I'm going to have it extracted. Everything seems to be preventing me from increasing the intensity of my training, but whatever it is, I'm facing it head-on. I know I'll come back stronger, so it's not a problem.

I came across and read this full post while scrolling through the speculation thread. Actually, joining here is not a bad thing because in addition to jogging every day or doing push-ups every day, checking the price of Bitcoin will also become a regular habit. So I would like to join this interesting thread.

Moreover, the title mentions that we have to do 100 push-ups every day, which will be very painful for our arm muscles in the initial stage, it might be natural to gradually work harder and grow.
Do I have to submit a daily push-up record here, or would it be correct to submit it on a weekly basis?

What a big move with some of my friends who came to join us in today's jogging, now it wasn't like every other day where we jog for some minutes and go back home, we made it look like a competition with two separate groups, the aim is for which set that will be the first to reach the start up line, is like a race but still we killed off some sweat and fat off the body.

To be sincere with you i do understand how you felt that very day because there are always a great different when ever a group people gather together to do push-ups or archive one particular gold, the motivation of doing more will be there because surely it will be seen as a competition between themselves and compare when it comes to doing push-ups or jogging alone and this also reminds me of the day i and friends did push-ups exercise today and that very day was so fun that i can't never forget in a hurry, I'm still focusing on accumulating and pushing as i can with my daily routine.

You are highly welcome @KawasakiNinja1, it is true that this thread is 100 push-ups daily, so as a new member i will not advise you to do 100 push-ups at once because as new member it will surely be difficult to archive your 100 push-ups at once, so if you try 5 push-ups in 20 sets and if you can't be able to archive that, you can still do any number of push-ups and it will vary understandable because as new member in this push-ups, it is what you need to be pushing gradually by gradually and with time you will surely reach 100 push-ups daily and talking about when to report your push-ups either daily or weekly, looking at as the topic of this thread implies, it is daily push-ups routine and if by any time that you don't have the opportunity to reporting daily due to your tight schedule then you can report weekly but daily is more preferable, stay tune and pushing consistently while you all stay alive to celebrate this festive season and cross allover to the year 2026.

Like the first day, today I jogged and did a total of 38 push-ups along with various exercises. After that, I had a light breakfast and left to do my father's agricultural work. It is probably not good for you at your age to be doing pushups like that -.. especially ONLY 1 set per day.

Of course you are a stubborn fuck, too.

3 sets of 12 would probably be better.. and yeah, maybe you can take 30-60 seconds between sets... and you can also keep adding to your quantity per day, too.

In recent times, I am doing 3 pushup sets per day that are usually between 35 and 50 per set, yet I have been doing pushups every day for 682 days... .. and.. yeah of course, you can do what you like... yet I think that guys realize that one set per day is not good for elderly folks.. even sure if it possible that you are warming up and cooling down with other things which might take away from the problematic nature of only 1 set per day for an elderly fellow.

The journey starts here again because 100 push ups every day until the price of Bitcoin reaches 100k euros in this thread. Like the first day, today I jogged and did a total of 38 push-ups along with various exercises. After that, I had a light breakfast and left to do my father's agricultural work. My complete belief is that exercise promises a healthy body and a refreshed mind.

By the way, Merry Christmas in advance to everyone.

You're welcome to the challenge and I think you joined the challenge at another right time when the spirit of festivities is everywhere. Pushups exercise can help bring you closer to people and allow you to mingle with folks too. In that spirit, share the love and push for fitness. Sometimes you may get sore, when that happens, pause, rest and come back another moment. The exercise of pushups is not a challenge with anyone, you go at your own pace and ensure you don't push beyond your limits.

Getting a total of 38 pushups on your first day is not a bad one and id you continue that way you will grow faster and increase your pushups per set in a short time. When you feel so tired, rest and when you're engaging in the exercise also listen to your body language and feel your muscles too.

Lastly, you have reported wrongly which is why you were not captured by @Dirtykeyboard's engine. When you report, don't forget to add a comma immediately after your user name too. Something like <10[Edit]0k,KawasakiNinja1_,1,38,2925-12-17>. If you don't report rightly it won't reflect.

I have had some busy days but here I am celebrating my 365 days engaging in the pushups exercise and I hope you continue. I didn't think it's achievable from the first day but yeah, here it is finally.
