Let's start the new year with push-ups. I don't know if we'll see 100k again this year, but I'll keep doing push-ups no matter what. This thread has really helped me when my motivation was low. At least I feel like I'm doing something beneficial for myself. Added 200 as usual, 40 reps in 5 set.

This is a good way of starting the year. Doing pushups in 2026 for me is very important as I know the benefits I got from push-up last year, the health, the fitness and the good look. We all wish that bitcoin go past the 100k this year. However, we won't tie our hands and sit and wait, we will be doing pushups and burning fats.

This is my first report for the year. I still maintain my daily 120 pushups in 6 sets of 20 pushups since 1st. For me it's easier and less exhausting.

Its normal to feel pain because this is something you haven't done in a long time so expect the muscles to stage a protest, but with time you'd get used to it.
Yeah, so I noticed your number of push-ups wasn't tallying in your report because it's seems different from what you wrote..you did 29, so instead of 25, it should be 29.

Hell Yes! I appreciate the challenge. Body able 100 per day until Bitcoin is 100k. At this point it does seem "too easy, LoL" I mean when Bitcoin sees 100k its like "AYYY Yooo!! Whats up?" 100K's like "not much ay" Bitcoin's like "That's right!! Now go make me a sandwich."

For the benefit of my health i will continue to do push up for my own good this thread is indeed a great motivation some of the little body weakness i sometimes experience i don't use to have them again this is my testimony of this push up.
This year is still new and i believe we shall see the price of BTC hit $100k this year.

My first time report

I Wake up this morning I tried my very best just to achieve the 100 push up I did it but it wasn't easy I was scrolling while I see this thread I will be doing it every day just as I use to do before,when I did it I also believe that in other way round is been done on my good/ favour because my joints and back bones stretched immediately and I believe this is the results of the push up .

Indeed I will be doing it every morning just as I was instructed here.

It's not compulsory that you must hit up 100 push up 100k push up is just the title of the thread but it's you achieve that in your first time. In my first time i found it difficult to hit 100 push up in a day but as time goes by i was doing 100 +, from the last day i reported till now i have added 340 push up.
@LOVER BOY 422 your push up is fill up with errors first there is no comma after your 100k even after your username and you also said that you did 100 push up why are you now writing 99 and your month and date should have come with 0 before the other number 1.3 you didn't even use the comma sign , but you use full stop sign, you can see an example from my push up report to make your correction.

Another day and another way to get the body up and ready, felt a little bit weak from yesterday's event and because of that I had to wake late but it still went down with some push up, squatting, planked my ass out and now I'm shaking like a leaf from the garden that is being blown by the wind.

Surely, you will achieve all you want so long as you remain consistent and disciplined to your plans. Of course, you should know this slogan already, ''No pain, No gain''. So that's it. Remember you don't have to out much pressure on your self I'm numbers of push ups per day so that you don't break down soon. It's slowly, one step at a time, then you will climb slowly as your muscles keeps adjusting and expanding. Welcome mate. Stay here, get fitness and be healthy.

You are right and I agree with you because I know that feeling of achieving a higher number compared to the previous time either way a straight or within the day, we all know that the feeling is always different whenever you achieve milestones by hitting a new all time high in our push ups but this doesn't just come easily and any attempt to become faster than yourself can lead to injury which is one thing that should be avoided perhaps it is not a competition, in my experience it takes consistency to break through a boundary that you have been for too long after your body must have become used to it and you will achieve a new milestone without you even realizing it because you must have gained the stamina to a break through.

I had push up from the first time after i saw this topic ,out of 100 push up I did 100 as my first time

I know it is because of the name of the push-up thread that made you force yourself to do 100 push-ups. It's not compulsory that everyone must do 100 push-ups, so if you know that your strength hasn't reached where you can comfortably do 100 push-ups, don't force yourself so that you won't sustain injury. You can do the number of push-ups your strength can handle, and you will gradually increase the quantity of your push-ups if you are consistent in doing push-ups.

Day 3 of the new year and so far so good.  I'm actually shocked that the holiday weight I had been stockpiling fell off almost immediately when I restarted this challenge.  I guess it helps that I had been doing it so long.  I thought I had a multi-month battle ahead of me to get the fat off, but I dropped 7lbs almost instantly.  Not sure if that's a sign I am fundamentally in good shape, or if I just had one hell of a food holiday.  Either way, it was a good time.

Today I worked my glutes and legs. I did several bridge variations, maybe 200 reps, about 100 squats, and 100 push-ups.
It's important to focus on the lower body as well as the upper body. The stronger the lower body, the better it is for the upper body, so it's crucial not to neglect it.
Tomorrow the weather forecast shows excessive wind, if it's less windy, I'll go for a run.

Due to is my first time hearing about the push up yesterday I really struggle and stress my self thinking that I must hit 100 push up as a must I never knew is not a must to hit 100k but how your breath can carry ,so today due to how I push yesterday my hand are still in pain so I did 50 push up today.
I will continue as much as the challenge is still ongoing ,I will not fail it because

Waw this is really a tax which comes with this big challenge,I will definitely be doing it since I did yesterday as my first time I will definitely do it as to help my self too.

We are just finishing third day, not fourth. You didn't have to do 100 push-ups on the first day. If you weren't prepared for it beforehand, it's impossible to do 100 push-ups in your first day. If you've just started doing push-ups, I recommend taking one day off and participating in this activity every other day. You need to allow your muscles to rest. If you push yourself too hard, you'll only increase your risk of injury.

Added another 200 today.
