Alright, everything's going well, it's a great weekend. I went out for a workout today, then I ran into some friends and we had coffee. We sat for a long time, so I had to cancel my workout. At least I knew I'd be doing push-ups when I got home, and I completed 100 reps. So, it was a good day. Have a great weekend everyone, keep doing push-ups!

At first I thought I couldn't accept your challenge, I am overweight and have difficulty walking normally, And also to do push-ups. But I didn't want to accept your challenge at first, then I thought why not start today! Since it won't take me much time to do it and it will be very beneficial for my body. So I started it a month ago but suddenly I got sick, my hands and feet started hurting. Naturally I avoided it for a few days. Then I thought I have to keep it going no matter how hard it is. Then I started working hard on my body by covering up my emotions, but I am starting the countdown from today because I have made a firm commitment from today. I understand my mind that I have to do something new and I gladly accepted your challenge.

If you can go with this push up challenge regularly and do some other accessories and if you can walk for at least 30 minutes every day, then you can naturally reduce your body weight and get rid of belly fat. When you become completely fit, you will feel a lot of relief and you will look very cheerful. Hopefully you did not believe that you have to do 25 pushups in one set. You could do three sets of 8 and then slowly increase your number of pushups as you get more comfortable. It can take several months for your body to get used to it, but if you keep doing them, it is likely that your body will become stronger and more used to pushups as a regular activity (perhaps even daily and you can spread the set through the day until your body gets used to them). Of course working at your own pace, but there is some value in trying to do them every day if you are able to and maybe to just spread them out through the day so that your body can get used to doing them.

It's always been best to move within your body strength with a bit of consistency. Pushing above what your strength can carry daily might be encouraging as though you are flying, but in reality, you are doing more harm to yourself than good. Because a time will come you will breakdown completely. And at that time, you can no longer push up or even continue in few weeks ahead due to the weakness and pain gotten from the breakdown. So it has been advisable that we push s out strength can carry daily. Slow and steady wins the race, he should always remember. No need to rush, we aren't in competition here, but we encourage consistency, and this can be achieved when we go gradually and then build strength while our muscles adjust. All of us must make it our habit to do an exercise on daily basis. We must dedicate a time everyday for our self which is free from every external interruption and also that time must be mobile free. If someone likes to do walk then he must go for walk, while those who like running must enjoy a run everyday. At the end of walk/running, a strength-training exercise like push-up is good way to conclude our daily exercise. I have started this once again and my sleep is much better now due to exercise. Today was the second day of my challenge. On the first day, I thought I would try a lot, but later I realized that it is more important to gradually accustom my body to it than to force it. But JayJuanGee sir gave me a suggestion, to divide the eight exercises into three sets. I could not hold myself back after receiving his advice, I did not try to do it all at once. I divided the eight exercises into three sets and did an extra one at the end. This did not put extra pressure on the body, and I also felt a lot more mentally relaxed today than yesterday. Honestly, when you start something new, if you put extra pressure on your body with emotions, it is likely to go bad. But today I realized that regularity and patience are the real strength. After going to the gym I do some cardio, then my push up challenge starts, the first time I did push ups I could not master the position properly due to which my trainer showed me quite well although at that time doing five push ups at the same time was quite a challenge for me but gradually I improved myself and developed my push ups. Now I go to the gym every day and after doing cardio I do 5 sets of 50 push ups and after doing push ups I have pull ups in my daily routine and I can do seven pull ups and I do a total of 5 sets of pull ups every day.
I have made push-ups and pull-ups mandatory for 6 days out of 7 days a week, I have divided the 6 days into three parts, since I am not yet fully experienced in this matter, I do a single workout every day, in single workout I do lower body workout two days a week, (lower body basically consists of body weight squats, lunges, leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses etc.) I do upper body workout two days a week and two days a week I work out my biceps and triceps and rest one day I rest.
The biggest thing is that I do not go to the gym only to build a body but I go to the gym to keep myself healthy so I finish all my workouts and run on the treadmill every day. I can run 5 kilometers continuously at 10 kilometers speed without any break and I am constantly trying to touch new records. Since I need to do push-ups regularly, I also participated in this challenge. I will submit my full report tomorrow.

I'm extremely tired, it's another push-up day and I did an excessive number of push-ups. And it wasn't just push-ups incline bench press, bench press, and dips were also on the program. I combined push-ups, wide push-ups, diamond push-ups, and decline push-ups, doing a total of 200 push-ups. I focus on push-ups on push-up days, but I might change that in the future.

wonder why people see exercises as meaningless thing.... We always talk about making money from the beginning of the year till the last month without thinking of the causes of some health related issues, hmm...good thing I'm on track.
Actually, I don't consider exercise to be meaningless but what I felt before starting the challenge was that I couldn't bear the direct burden because the effects of exercise were not only exhausting but also made my body hurt so I avoided it. That's for starters, when you are new to something you don't expect to just adapt immediately, you take it slowly and that is why is good to sometimes do it with someone who knows more, asking questions on what to do is better than running into something you understand, like Bitcoin trading, you ask questions. Concerning the way you engage in the exercises I believe with time the pains won't affect you like it is now, slow and steady bro you'd get there. TThat's why I said my initial story of being in the challenge and starting to upgrade my lifestyle for the better and that doesn't mean exercise is meaningless because the fact is it's not like that and I think almost everyone thinks the same where they will always say that exercise will have a positive impact it's just that fear from the start when the body starts to feel sick, tired etc. is always the main problem even though if forced exercise is not that terrible to do. I personally still feel that I exercise because I was forced from the beginning because I wanted to change my body condition which seemed not in accordance with my age so I tried several things including joining this challenge so that I felt more challenged. And the longer the coercion I did it became a habit and ended up better where apart from my body condition being fitter the most important thing for my initial goal was achieved when my body condition was much better than before. I missed another day. Mostly because I was redoing my backyard and my hands are so sore I can barely type this. The yard looks great though and my new water lines are rubber instead of plastic so I shouldn’t have any more issues with water line repairs. I only need to refinish my cement now and it’ll be like the entire outside of my house is brand new.

Funny thing about this report table is that whenever you miss a day to drop a report just be ready to find your self slipping down and if it continues like more than a day or let's say no report for 5 days if possible a week, just forget it because the speed at which you'd find your self close to the bench, nobody would tell you to sit up. All I can say is wow. But how do you cope with such strenuous load of exercises all 6 days in a week and rest only a day with consistency for the past 3 months. Your strength must be on another level and I can say that physically the evidence will be too obvious to argue. You have to be very careful not to overwork yourself. I am gradually getting lazy to do pushups even though I know it's because I tried to avoid getting too muscular after about one year of engaging in continuous daily pushups. I chose to regulate my daily pushups and even sometimes I engaged in knee pushups too to minimise the physical effect on me because I was beginning to grow above all my wears. Funny thing about this report table is that whenever you miss a day to drop a report just be ready to find your self slipping down and if it continues like more than a day or let's say no report for 5 days if possible a week, just forget it because the speed at which you'd find your self close to the bench, nobody would tell you to sit up. Good thing I got my ass up to start today in a positive mood.

You're very correct about this. I was surprised to see myself very close to the bench already after some days off. This @Dirtykeyboard's table is very helpful and I would ascribe the success of this daily pushups challenge to this daily update table. Mates avoided dropping to the bench completely and if you eventually reach the bench, there's a feeling that keeps you uncomfortable at least in the initial period before you can either return to the floor or remain on the bench. Perhaps, if there was no Table, most participants could have all left the challenge quietly. I did my pushups this morning very early to warm me up for the busy day I will be having today after a long weekend. Congratulations to all the pushers that has been pushing consistently in this thread on this 5th month of the year, without having the two mind of giving up yourself, unlike others members that drop on the process because the pains they come in contact with on the first day of doing push-ups or they just wish on their own not to come with the push-ups challenge again, and it is very certain that "when there is no pain no gain". No matter how I'm not consistent with my push-ups of recent, because of the tight schedule I'm battling right now.

I know that being consistent with any form of exercise isn't easy but once people start seeing positive results from any form of exercise they engage themselves with, it is easy for them to be consistent or stick with that exercise because they want to see more positive results, I believe that's what has made most people to be consistent with this push-up challenge.

But for many who just came to drop report for just 1 day or 2 and boom they're off this thread and you'd never see them come back to start from where they left, is normal to see these things.

After going to the gym I do some cardio, then my push up challenge starts, the first time I did push ups I could not master the position properly due to which my trainer showed me quite well although at that time doing five push ups at the same time was quite a challenge for me but gradually I improved myself and developed my push ups. Now I go to the gym every day and after doing cardio I do 5 sets of 50 push ups and after doing push ups I have pull ups in my daily routine and I can do seven pull ups and I do a total of 5 sets of pull ups every day.
There is nothing unbeatable if we commit to consistency and discipline. You were able to win because you were committed ND disciplined to continue, plus the fact that you gave it consistency. People who give up to the early part due to pin do not understand the power of consistency and a disciplined mind. If we persist, we will win. Experience has always proven that over time. Let's not give up, lets keep pushing l. I'm extremely tired, it's another push-up day and I did an excessive number of push-ups. And it wasn't just push-ups incline bench press, bench press, and dips were also on the program. I combined push-ups, wide push-ups, diamond push-ups, and decline push-ups, doing a total of 200 push-ups. I focus on push-ups on push-up days, but I might change that in the future.
Sincerely, you did a lot, and surely, it might have effects later on. Maybe you are used to it, and it will only require little weakness and then later you get fit.
