No matter how long it will take for Bitcoin price to hit 100k my motivation in pushing will never leave my sight, i know that this days I'm still struggling to be consistent with my daily push-ups but once I'm done with what is eating my time and focus i will humble come back fully to continue pushing because the period we are in right now, is a time were so many investors has started giving up themselves never to continue buying or accumulating Bitcoin, like my boss said that the winter is almost over and he will be in a better shape than last summer, so let understand the fact Bitcoin price fluctuating downward will soon be over and a better market opportunity will take over too, i added my number push-ups in sets which i was able to archive 210 today.

I didn't do a big workout today, but I did some push-ups. I did 100 push-ups and about 20 minutes of abdominal work.
In the evening, to relax a bit, I did another 15 minutes of qi-gong. I'm adding the number of push-ups to my report.

After taking out some time to rest intermittently and still returning back to the floor , I think you might want to check your number of days of pushups. Even though I know that some of you guys started daily pushups days before this Pushups challenge, you may have to recheck your number of days of pushups so far. I understand that this might be an oversight but 750 days is already beyond the total number of days the thread has lasted and far beyond. Someone like @Jayjuangee whose report started from the 2024-02-02 still runs behind that number of days while this thread was created exactly 747 days ago.

I added 100 pushups in 5 sets. Seems things are getting tougher and I'm gradually leaning towards knee pushups lately.

The pain in my neck and back is pretty much gone now, I can move more comfortably. These days I'm doing my push-ups with fewer sets and more frequent reps. Instead of focusing on building strength, I'm mixing things up with faster workouts aimed more at improving endurance. Today I also did some dumbbell training.

i've noticed that whenever i start reporting my push-ups regularly, the days fly by. i can't believe it's been four days since my last report. it's not great that time is passing so quickly. still, i'll keep writing and doing push-ups.

I think daily reports have slowed down a bit because we've drifted away from the target. Don't lose your motivation. We might stay under 100k for a longer time. That doesn't mean we'll stop doing push-ups.
Today's report, another 200 push-ups. Winter is almost over, I'll be in better shape than last summer.

it's nice that winter is ending and the time to go outside in the beautiful weather before summer is approaching. even though some days are still cold, it seems like we've gotten past the freezing part. at least that's how it is in my house.

i'm sure bitcoin will return to $100,000, and as it gets closer, i think this topic will become more active again. even though we're a bit far from the target right now, i think participation is good. who knows? maybe we won't drop below $100,000 again on our next pass.
