Am back again on the track after some long rest i didn't purposely stop doing push up i wasn't sound enough all this period but i came yesterday and completed 80 push up with another 50 push up this morning gradually i will get back to full fitness and try if i can be completing 150 push up per day but for now let me go 100 push up again which i have been doing before i went for a break.

Was able to do the roller this morning, it wasn't as it was when I started, too difficult to even go up to 30 rollings... That's exercise for you, ones you slow down in doing a particular exercise it becomes new to you when you start all over again.
It was too cold outside, so I had to do the roller and push up before leaving, no jogging today.

That's true, have fun and also know why you're doing what you're doing and not be carried away by just having fun. Distractions won't allow you to show seriousness in whatever you're doing so is best to have less fun and more of the seriousness if not with time you can decide to say it doesn't mean, after all you're just doing it for fun. Imagine if a doctor says you need to exercise more to make a part of you to function properly, bro I believe you won't think of anything fun, for me we should know when to have fun and know when to be serious about business.

If you can comfortably do 10 pull-ups, 20 push-ups, and 15 dips, you can start doing muscle-ups. Technique and explosiveness are very important in muscle-ups, but they are easily achieved with regular practice.
First of all, the grip is the most important. I recommend getting used to the false grip if you don't hold it that way, muscle-ups will be more difficult. Working with a resistance band at the beginning is also helpful for understanding the mechanics of the movement and for practice. Today I did 100 push-ups and I also did a shoulder workout, handstands, etc., about 8-10 exercises.

Thanks for getting back to practicing. If you want, you can do 150 push-ups in a few sets a day, you may have to practice in the morning, afternoon and evening. I complete 10 sets of 100 push-ups a day, it's very easy for me and I can complete it all day and evening.

No matter how busy I am, I have been doing my push-ups regularly and will continue to do so. Because I am doing this effort regularly, I now enjoy fitness a lot, which is a great achievement for me because there is nothing greater than a fit body.

I completed push-ups today despite being very busy all day. I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 10 sets this morning, afternoon, and evening, along with waist exercises, leg exercises, and Kegel exercises.
