Am back again on the track after some long rest i didn't purposely stop doing push up i wasn't sound enough all this period but i came yesterday and completed 80 push up with another 50 push up this morning gradually i will get back to full fitness and try if i can be completing 150 push up per day but for now let me go 100 push up again which i have been doing before i went for a break.

Thanks for getting back to practicing. If you want, you can do 150 push-ups in a few sets a day, you may have to practice in the morning, afternoon and evening. I complete 10 sets of 100 push-ups a day, it's very easy for me and I can complete it all day and evening.
No matter how busy I am, I have been doing my push-ups regularly and will continue to do so. Because I am doing this effort regularly, I now enjoy fitness a lot, which is a great achievement for me because there is nothing greater than a fit body.
I completed push-ups today despite being very busy all day. I completed a total of 100 push-ups in 10 sets this morning, afternoon, and evening, along with waist exercises, leg exercises, and Kegel exercises.
