My health has been declining in the last few days which has prevented me from doing anything effectively including the challenge so I didn't do the challenge to make my body a little fitter and only resumed my daily exercise and challenge when my body started to feel better. Although our immunity levels increase with regular exercise and a good lifestyle on some occasions when the weather is irregular it seems to make our immunity slowly weaken and this is what I felt in the past week.And utnu
I hope you guys can avoid this kind of situation because honestly, the erratic rainfall conditions in my place make me feel like I have to adapt faster because of this erratic weather.

Physical exercise increases the immunity of our body and helps in building a beautiful fit body. However, due to bad weather, some symptoms of diseases like fever, cold, cough etc. may appear in our body. But, I welcome you to recover very quickly and come back to this challenge. We can see that many are staying away from this competition, but I will tell everyone that it is definitely good to take up this push-up challenge to get a beautiful fit body, because through this challenge we can be able to do some unique exercises including push-ups, which are very beneficial for our body. I request everyone to stay active here regularly. Wrist is getting better after taking a tumble on ice three weeks ago.
I did nine pushups last night and just three the day before. I've been putting most of the weight on the other arm, so hopefully, I can build on yesterday's effort. (On the up side, I don't have a dull ache in the arm overnight either).
It's great to hear about your recovery. You did three push-ups two days ago and nine last night, which is a sign that you are getting back on track. If you try to do ten push-ups today as per your ability, and if you succeed, then I will consider you fully recovered since the arm pain did not persist for the last two nights (before that you can check your strength by placing your hands on the floor or doing a push-up). But keep one thing in mind, there is no need to harm your body by doing push-ups. It can do more harm than good. Your recovery is what we all want. I missed a day (couldn't even get into a comfortable position) - did nine the (following) third day. Then, nine in the morning (forth day) and seven in the evening to take my count over four days to forty. I'm going to try for ten in the morning and evening for a few days. Eleven days of thirty pushup each day. (330)

What a good way to start the week, jumping off the bed like I missed something some where, only to find out that is was because I missed out on doing my workout and coming back here to drop a report... When you love doing something you make it becomes part of your life, like someone in a relationship, you try not to mess up anything that would turn the whole love thing upside down. Jogging, push up, squatting and spending more time doing the plank exercise.

I have really not been an active member on this thread before, and few days ago after checking my weight and noticed I'm weighing over 100kg, I saw that there was a need for me joining this challenge, so as to get fit and lose weight again. Because to be frankly speaking, it's really been long I last visited the gym, and since due to my current location and work schedule, I don't think it will be possible for me going to the gym now, hence, a push-up exercise and some home work out is my next target currently now. So on that note, I think I'm fully ready to start my daily push-up from tomorrow and continue till further notice. However, I just bought a skipping rope from Jumia at #3,500 (i.e approx. $2.9), and it arrived yesterday, which I will be adding to my daily morning exercise. As I target 100 push-ups and 100 skipping too. 100k,blomen,122,15800,2026-05-25 as soon as i woke up this morning, i did my daily workout, took a cool shower, and i’m going to keep going like this for the rest of the day. actually, these are things i enjoy doing, so they aren’t part of my daily routine, but working out early in the morning is really nice. today, after doing some push-ups, i followed up with a great shoulder exercise called arnold press. if you’re not satisfied with the shoulder exercises in your routine or are looking for something new, i recommend giving it a try. check it on youtube! arnold press

I knew putting you through on how to report your push-ups is one of the things you should know as a new member here because surely after you do push-ups, you will want to report it in order for you to officially become a member of this push-up challenge, and if someone doesn't put you through how to go about it, it might take your time before you could figure it out. I'm so happy to see your first report, but there's a mistake in your report which will make Dirtykeyboard not to pick up your report. Since you did 25 push-ups yesterday and 25 push-ups today, your total push-up numbers is 50 push-ups and not 40 push-ups. So you need to correct yourself now that Dirtykeyboard haven't seen your report so that he will pick up your report by the time he will see it.

What a good way to start the week, jumping off the bed like I missed something some where, only to find out that is was because I missed out on doing my workout and coming back here to drop a report... When you love doing something you make it becomes part of your life, like someone in a relationship, you try not to mess up anything that would turn the whole love thing upside down. Jogging, push up, squatting and spending more time doing the plank exercise.
Yea, and thats a total result of consistency in doing a thing. When one becomes consistent, it becomes part of you, and failing to do it feels like you have missed something great and your day becomes somehow abnormal. So, I believe if guys try to remain consistent in our daily push ups activity, then we will actually achieve a lot. Just like our Bitcoin accumulation journey, if we try to be consistent too using the DCA strategy while always figuring out discretionary income, then we will gradually accumulate something tangible if we can HODL I was able to do another 60 push ups today just like yesterday. 100k,Bigjoe33,303,25120,2026-05-25

I have really not been an active member on this thread before, and few days ago after checking my weight and noticed I'm weighing over 100kg, I saw that there was a need for me joining this challenge, so as to get fit and lose weight again. Because to be frankly speaking, it's really been long I last visited the gym, and since due to my current location and work schedule, I don't think it will be possible for me going to the gym now, hence, a push-up exercise and some home work out is my next target currently now. So on that note, I think I'm fully ready to start my daily push-up from tomorrow and continue till further notice. However, I just bought a skipping rope from Jumia at #3,500 (i.e approx. $2.9), and it arrived yesterday, which I will be adding to my daily morning exercise. Rope training is great cardio and improves hand-foot coordination. However, you still need to be careful with your knees and joints. Let your body adapt slowly; there's no need to rush. Was able to do the roller this morning, it wasn't as it was when I started, too difficult to even go up to 30 rollings... That's exercise for you, ones you slow down in doing a particular exercise it becomes new to you when you start all over again. It was too cold outside, so I had to do the roller and push up before leaving, no jogging today.

Keep it up  .... One day i will do Muscle up   That's true, have fun and also know why you're doing what you're doing and not be carried away by just having fun. Distractions won't allow you to show seriousness in whatever you're doing so is best to have less fun and more of the seriousness if not with time you can decide to say it doesn't mean, after all you're just doing it for fun. Imagine if a doctor says you need to exercise more to make a part of you to function properly, bro I believe you won't think of anything fun, for me we should know when to have fun and know when to be serious about business.
