Was very weak today that getting myself up to do the normal daily chores became a big problem to me due to lack of rest yesterday and I wasn't sure if calling it laziness or not but still this evening I did some pushups and ended it with my roller, at least is better to do something than ending the whole without anything to report about.

I would have say that it's laziness that made you feel weak of getting up to do your normal chores but since you said that you lack rest yesterday, you feel that way because you didn't have enough rest, so I'm advising you not to stress yourself today, just take at least seven hours in order for you to fully get yourself back. Today was a day of pushing and pulling. I'd say it was a good workout. I started with 4 sets, but there were 8 exercises in the program, and I couldn't do all of them in 3 sets. There were 8 exercises similar to bench press, diamond push-ups, pull-ups, and barbell rows. So, 4 were pushing exercises and 4 were pulling exercises. I'm thinking of doing some mobility training tomorrow. Maybe I can swim in the pool if the weather is nice. It was cloudy today. Have a good week everyone.

I have been quite sick for a few days, cold, fever, cough, my body has become very weak, my chest hurts when I work a little, so I have been resting for a few days. Today I am feeling much better, so I felt that physical exercise is very necessary, which is why I started doing push-ups again today. It's good that you're getting better. You should not joke with your health at any point because health is wealth. Having antibiotics available in our living spaces is paramount since it can help in emergency situations like this. Again, based on my location, it is a good thing take more immune boosters this season to increase your immune system and how they fight off pathogens that cause such sicknesses. It's a bright Monday with an initial misty morning. I got up thinking it will be a rainy day due to the dews and foggy atmosphere. I initially did my pushups to warm up my body for the day. But it's very bright and dried already, seems it will be a very sunny day today. It's been one week since my last Pushups and I feel heavy already, it took me longer than normal to achieve my 6 sets of 20 pushups. It's been one week since my last Pushups and I feel heavy already, it took me longer than normal to achieve my 6 sets of 20 pushups. I have to get it more frequent to stop such feelings.
Yes, it's always like that. Any slack in pushing breeds new pains when we kick start again, just like me, ever since I went for the unannounced holiday off push up for more than a month, since I returned, I have not been able to get to my usual 120-150 push ups per day. It has been 60-70-80. It's best we just try to keep it warming all day to ensure we don't fall in strength and shape completely, and plus always keeping fit. Please I need to be clarified on this though it's of choice but keep puzzle the danger my close neighbors whom most time I go out to exercise morning run and jungin always take along alcohol spirit to aid more strength instead of water, several time I have insisted it should be water but his reason is that the spirit is burning down fat while on carrying on the exercise, does anyone has such experience, or have idea what this combination can course to his body because i am not satisfied because I know alcohol while in exercise can burn the heart faster, and may not want anything that will hurt him while our two is together during exercising. I'm no doctor, but I'm fairly sure it is not good to drink alcohol while exercising. A cold beer after exercising with a tall glass of water is okay, but the risk of dehydration to drink while exercising is best left to influencers. Whoo Hoo. Graphs are back! By common sense we can know that the habit of taking alcohol upon exercising is not healthy but risky and can cause a heart attack, affects a person's fitness and performance. Taking alcoholic spirit should be done hour+ after the exercise is concluded and body temperature stabilise normal. And taking alcohol regularly is not healthy, water is best recommended. I would equate alcohol to unnecessary stress, if you are dealing with heat and possibly your hydration plus exercise I would avoid anything on top of that. Morning stress, afternoon drink is probably fine and not a whole crate of bottles like a good carpenter I used to know would go for  This is some dedication shown in the numbers, I have recently started doing sit-ups as I need the core strength but I'm purely on rookie numbers right now  Got to use it or lose it, I used to do a ton more but it doesn't stay if you never use the muscle tragically. BTC is in consolidation here and Dollar quite flat on the year.

As far as push-ups exercise is concern, i don't see the necessity of making use of alcohol in order to boost up your strength in being able to archive your daily routine, it is very understandable that push-ups should not be done under any influence of alcohol but with natural strength because there are many things which every members that do push-ups do archive at the level of your his consistency, it is good to see you here @STT, you are most welcome, i was able to do my daily push-ups exercise in my normal routine with the mindset of pushing consistently. No need to be lazy today, this is a new week and I think we should try something new everyday to see how fast our body can adapt. Did this number of push up even when I'm tired I rested for some seconds and continued, honestly my hands was shaking like something got into me, if not for the sweat on my body someone would have thought I wasn't feeling fine.

So bad I haven’t been meeting up with the daily push ups. A lot was on my plate which I have been dealing with but I’m back now and I hope to meet up with others who left me behind. I’m really excited being back again at least my body will be more healthy than before.

Welcome back to healthy living. I guess knowing the benefits that goes with partaking in exercise on a daily basis as much as possible a simple one like push up is enough reason to be excited about coming back and meeting back friend here who are also doing 100 Push-Ups Per Day Until Bitcoin Is £100K . Personally I also did a comeback sometimes ago and since then I have tried as much as possible to give myself a good treatment pushing up even as it hasn't been too consistent the joy is actually real. Continuing with my daily routines without slowing down. Today I swam in the pool, 5-6 laps, I didn't tire myself out too much. In the evening I did abs and push-ups. I want to work on V-sit exercises, so I stretched my hamstrings too. Actually, I need to get parallel bars for home so I can practice better. I'm adding 100 push-ups to my report.
