That's true, but then again, WBC allowed champion in recess to hold and hostage that belt for so long and so we might see interim champion holding on it and as long as the regular champion doesn't want to defend, most likely WBC is not going to strip him of belt.

I thought it's Puello vs Sandor Martin for the interim belt, or Puello already declared as interim champion and so he will have to defend his belt against the Spaniard. So that makes things complicated again by the WBC.

And again, with this kind of videos by Haney and his claims, we really think that he is pathetic to have this and trying to negate what Ryan did to him, but it's over, damage has been done and now he is a champion in recess meaning he doesn't want to fight for at least as long as he wanted to.
