Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

ok. this is good news.

Now, what will you do with the excessive pre-mine?
The pre-mine to reward ratio is too far above normal for serious people to look at this coin for any future usage.

Plus... Release the code. Then it can be on pools.
