I am a DT member. Which means that my positive or negative rating will become visible under someone's profile. If I see evidence that a casino is lying or cheating its players, I will tag that casino so that other users can see. That's the way it's supposed to be. I have given you a chance to present evidence (not just words) of the casino's wrongdoings so that other members and myself can act on that evidence. First, regarding taking advantage and misleading people:

Well, OP has nicely explained it to us, so it'll be very safe to assume that even no one ever set foot on that platform, just from reading the explanation Eva gave, they'll have a clear idea that there are two kinds of game on their platform, the real one [with real money, losing fund, winning a game, etc] and the beta testing [free entry and lose nothing when someone lose the game]. As you always read every post, I believe you understand and can find the posts I am referring.

As such, just like Pmalek said, the "real money", though someone has a potential of earning a winning money, it's still a free roll, the prize money coming from the owner. If someone lose, they lose nothing, they suffer no financial damage, of which you argued it's still real and people investing time and so on. In relation to the point above, I'd give you a chance to make your stance clear on this matter: it is a free roll and thus when you do what you did over and over [though you're not coming as the winner of that match], it is not taking advantage of anyone because there is no one suffering a loss, since they did not sacrifice anything to join the game, or is it a real money and real investment because even though the prize money coming from the owner, people are still investing their time on it, as such, when you did what you did, you're placing someone at a disadvantage because by manipulating the bug, you're denying someone of the chance that they win something, made them lose their time investment, and not to mention the moral and emotional damage branching from a frustration?

Third, circumstantial evidence, you can rest assured that the DTs, especially those who oversee the scam accusation thread most likely are not light handed on leaving tag, waiting and looking for enough evidence, be it a direct or circumstantial, to prove beyond reasonable doubt, or to a clear point of which most can agree to a conclusion. That's what Pmalek mean when he said the police and the judge [side note, lest you twist it to drive a narrative: in no way we claim that we are or we think we are the police or the judge] made their decision from evidence being provided, people does not necessarily have to have the exact experience playing on a specific platform just to think the evidence being provided held its weight or not, and whether they incriminate the "suspect".

I believe you should be very familiar with how this works, given that's the very reason why no DT is supporting your thread, nor leaving a tag on BJF [for the time being] in regards to your case, because it lack of proof, evidence provided are circumstantial at best, if not a hearsay, and you can't even spell it out to this point what's the scam is [well, actually you said it on your opening post, but it was not proven, so we demanded what's the remaining and actual scam is]

Regarding the failed scam accusation, I can tell you that I am once again proud to announce that Blackjack.fun has removed all free roll tournaments, which means that no one can be cheated! I call it a great success from my side.

BTW many years ago I was also the first to shout scam and warned that Moneypot owners will pull the rug. what they eventually did. therefore I got the same attacks as now. nothing new for me.

I think it is unfair to post sporadically as you do and then you have not given clear answers to questions that are being asked multiple times because they remain unanswered.

1: Has the exploit mentioned by JackpotRacer been fixed? If it has not been fixed please explain why (and when you expect to fix it).

2: Can you provide verifiable proof that you had both licences at the appropriate times you stated (one for 31st December 2023 from Curacao licencing and one for 1st January 2024 for Anjouan licencing)?

3: How do you intend to inform customers before they play which games are/are not provably fair?

Hello Eva, thank you for the reply.

For the licence overlap, you did not provide anything substantial to disprove the theory that blackjack.fun might not have had a licence from any gaming authority between 1st January 2024 and 18th February 2024.

The fact a Curacao logo was visible with the verifiable URL link removed from 1st January 2024 until 19th February 2024 really did not look good especially when it took 50 days to replace it with another licence provider.

I did mention in an earlier post, for me it would not have been an issue had one licence expired and the other issued after a gap of several weeks but making a claim the second licence from Anjouan started on 1st January 2024 and then being unable to prove it especially after you added the Anjouan licence with verifiable on 19th February 2024. It raises valid questions why the Anjouan licence was not added for 50 days even though you claim you had it.

On that specific point I believe the blackjack team have not been honest. Instead of accepting they made a mistake or overlooked it until it was brought to their attention they claim something that is not true. Simply by you citing sensitive documents (as a reason to not prove when the Anjouan licence was issued) seems far more to be an excuse but that is my opinion and others will have their own.

As for the other two issues, it seems your reply has covered them and I thank you for that.

It is important to note if you have fixed the specific exploit mentioned by JackpotRacer that is the end of the matter related to his report.

Also, regarding the provably fair claims, the provably fair image has been removed from the website and if you and your games providers make it clear which games are provably fair and how those games results can be verified before customers play, that is the end of the matter because it allows customers to make informed decisions before playing.

There are numerous circumstances to consider regarding the validator link, such as how quickly the license issuer responds to emails, provides it, front-end development, its priority on the list, initial issues requiring adjustments and cooperation with the license issuer, ensuring it displays correctly in every region when clicked, and the need for the link to be refreshed every 20 minutes, and so on. The validator link is not the license itself; rather, it simply adds trust and indicates that the casino has an operational license.
