Eva, none of us here in the forum are naive enough to not know how a validator link for a licence provided by Curacao or other licencing authority works. We all know the validator link is not the licence and we all know it adds trust as the operational licence is valid at the time of the checking.

What is important to remember is that Blackjack has failed to provide an acceptable plausible reason for not removing the Curacao logo between 1st January 2024 and 19th February 2024 yet it decided to remove the validator link. That was highly suspect conduct.

After it was picked up and mentioned in both associated threads about Blackjack, the Curacao logo was removed and replaced with one from Anjouan with a functional validator link. Though it was a welcomed move on your part, it also raised questions about timing.

As I mentioned earlier on multiple occasions, in my opinion not have a valid licence between 1st January 2024 and 18th February 2024 is not an issue but the fact you stated the Anjouan licence was valid from 1st January 2024 yet failed to provide any proof was counterproductive on your part even though cited confidential company documents as an excuse.

Keeping that one blemish on the reputation of Blackjack aside, you stated you have fixed the exploit mentioned by JackpotRacer and have removed the provably fair image therefore these are excellent steps to gaining the confidence of those considering playing on your website.

There are numerous circumstances to consider regarding the validator link, such as how quickly the license issuer responds to emails, provides it, front-end development, its priority on the list, initial issues requiring adjustments and cooperation with the license issuer, ensuring it displays correctly in every region when clicked, and the need for the link to be refreshed every 20 minutes, and so on. The validator link is not the license itself; rather, it simply adds trust and indicates that the casino has an operational license.

I went to the Blackjack.fun site because I always check out casinos to be up to date and in this case I wanted to check out their Blackjack game. I was not interested in all the other games from their game providers that I am very familiar with. Especially Netent games.
I participated in their free roll tournaments and once played their regular blackjack just to see how it works.

You can check the conversation in the thread I had and gave them some friendly advice and bugs to fix to make the game better. I never asked for a bounty because I was not in it for the money. All these tourneys were 1USDT tourneys. Sorry, but IMHO no one could say that I was in for the money with a 1USDT prize.
To make a long story short, you can read the whole story in my scam accusation.

Blackjack.fun owner/developer accused me out of the blue that I cheated by using thetimer exploit and a big part of the 24USDT I won is because I used the exploit. come on how much can a big part of 24USDT be? sorry for the LOL

I was shocked and insisted that he prove it to me and the forum members by checking the game logs and showing them to everyone. His response was that he did not have time to check the game logs.

How would you respond? To prove his accusation against me, he does not have the time to check the game logs? Ok, but as a serious casino owner and developer, should he not take the time to check who used the exploit and when, to find out how to fix it? How did he fix it as he claims? Please remember that he asked me for an explanation of the exploit, which I did not give him because of his strange behavior towards me.

If he really fixed it, he would have to go through the game logs to understand when the exploit was used and who used it. Logic tells me that the easiest way to find the exploit is to check only the game(s) of one tournament, and this is the one where some players complained about me. If he did this check, then it should tell us that he could easily prove if and how I used the exploit in at least this one tournament and if I won the 1USDT prize. Sorry, but he did not and this tells me that he did not fix it and he did not get clean of his accusation that I stole the big part of the 24USDT (again sorry for the LOL).
BTW, this was the only tournament where I used the exploit as I discovered it shortly before and used it in a way that no one would use if they wanted to win the 1USDT prize. If he would at least show these logs from this tournament, then it would be very clear that his accusation was false and outrageous. To me, this is the answer to why he did not show the logs.

@JollyGood I have been following your posts for years and I always thought wow what a good scam fighter. Now I think you have lost your way and not only in my case because at some point you started defending scammers and in my case it is the owner/developer of Blackjack.fun.

I explained now a few times in detail what happened and I will not do it again. I don't have to prove that the exploit was fixed!
Blackjack.fun took a long time to admit the exploit and tell us that he had fixed it. If he fixed it, it would be easy to show us the proof, he could explain the exploit and in what card constellation it appears and how he fixed it. Then, to really prove it, he could have some respected member play and wait for the constellations that allow the player to use the exploit and try to use it. He could even record it on screen for us.

Blackjack.fun is just not interested in really proving it, as it seems he has some advantage in not proving that he fixed it. He also has members like you who defend him and this is even worse because he feels safer when someone like me shows his true face.

And keeping all of what you have stated, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from attempting to exploit the bug again (if it exists).

To be honest and neutral in this situation, I am more concerned about you not being able to prove the exploit still exists.

Chronologically, first you stated there was an exploit and second they stated they fixed it. Any rational person that did not believe their reply about the exploit being fixed would not ask them to prove it, rather they would exploit the bug again (if it still existed) and then call them a liar with evidence.

This is not specific to Blackjack.fun but to any casino/gaming website: Had the exploit not been patched, anybody in your position probably should have used their initiative to show the casino/gaming website as untrustworthy by proving the exploit was not fixed and in the process it would have ended their reputation in the forum.

Do you realise you can effectively destroy their reputation as they will receive multiple red tags IF you can prove they are liars. I do not know about the exact process to execute in order to exploit the bug, nor does anybody else in this forum except you. The fact you are unable to prove they are liars yet maintain a line that they should prove to you they are telling the truth does not stack up.

Still, I will relay your request in a post and ask them to prove they fixed the bug on the condition you explicitly state you will exploit the bug again and prove them as liars before I proceed. Please provide evidence of your claim too.

I definitely understand your point. I think I have tried to fair and neutral in this matter but the ball is in his court for the last time. That will literally never happen.  I had some idiot attack me with a reputation thread saying I stole money to order a Cybertruck because a moderator deleted their off topic post bashing Elon Musk on a different thread I had going.  I guess he thought I deleted his post and he got mad at me or something?  Anyway, icopress joined in with him in bashing me after I showed him what happened.  This is clearly not professional behavior or the type of management someone should be paying for.  You have to realize that they're running a money laundering operation to begin with, then things make more sense about the types of people involved.

Eva, blackjack.fun, if I may suggest a way to prove you're never without license, as per JollyGood inquired, while still maintaining the sensitive data of your... company details [though honestly I don't think I understand what kind of sensitive data contained within a certification that should be protected], can you perhaps provide a screenshot with sensitive data being covered like below? I am completely aware that it's a different format and different licensor, but I believe the essential information are mostly the same

You or they or both are contradicting yourselves by saying that Balckjack.fun owner does not want to elaborate on the efix as it would give ideas to hackers. the exploit is already there and if it is fixed it is fixed. why would a hacker try to revive the exploit when he can hack them and do much more damage? Besides, casinos should implement better security if they are afraid of hackers.
They had the best exploit and bug finder for free but they kicked him out. This already is a red flag!

What kind of condition are you asking for? How can I say that I used the exploit again? Remember, I used it once just to make sure it was an exploit, and then I got banned.

They were smart enough to change the Tourneys to private and invite-only so they could be sure I would not be able to test it. Another red flag.

It would be so easy for him and I repeat myself as I have already explained it and since it is so easy and will tell everyone that I am telling the truth he just does not do it as he would look very bad with his blatant false accusation against me.
I used this exploit only once in the last tournament I participated in and the owner/developer of BJ fun banned me with letting me see the KYC page so I could not play anymore. he only needs to show the logs of my last tournament to prove how I used the exploit. I have already explained this a few times, so I will spare you and me from doing it again.

And keeping all of what you have stated, there is absolutely nothing stopping you from attempting to exploit the bug again (if it exists).

To be honest and neutral in this situation, I am more concerned about you not being able to prove the exploit still exists.

Chronologically, first you stated there was an exploit and second they stated they fixed it. Any rational person that did not believe their reply about the exploit being fixed would not ask them to prove it, rather they would exploit the bug again (if it still existed) and then call them a liar with evidence.

This is not specific to Blackjack.fun but to any casino/gaming website: Had the exploit not been patched, anybody in your position probably should have used their initiative to show the casino/gaming website as untrustworthy by proving the exploit was not fixed and in the process it would have ended their reputation in the forum.

Do you realise you can effectively destroy their reputation as they will receive multiple red tags IF you can prove they are liars. I do not know about the exact process to execute in order to exploit the bug, nor does anybody else in this forum except you. The fact you are unable to prove they are liars yet maintain a line that they should prove to you they are telling the truth does not stack up.

Still, I will relay your request in a post and ask them to prove they fixed the bug on the condition you explicitly state you will exploit the bug again and prove them as liars before I proceed. Please provide evidence of your claim too.

Actually, I don't care anymore if it is fixed or not. I care much more that the owner of Blackjack.fun will prove that I used the timer exploit and cheated him out of the big part of 24USDT, because if he would prove it long ago, I would be the rightful scammer and cheater. Why didn't he do that? He only needed to check and show the game logs of one tournament (the last one I participated in) where I used the exploit and players complained about me. He does not even need to check all the tourneys I played in, but if I were him, I would check all the tourneys, because that is where he would find the real scammer and exploiter of the timer exploit.

No problem, if you see me as a big disappointment I am not concerned at your opinion of me because we do not know each other as we have not really interacted (beyond a few exchanges) in the years I have been using the forum. Though not necessary to state, I do care about the opinions of a very small number of members have about me and clearly you are not part of them.

If you cannot post here to categorically state you have again exploited the bug and provide evidence to back it up, I will be unable to engage with you any further.

I think I made my point very clear to you and many others. I provided evidence that the exploit existed and now it is up to Blackjack.fun to prove that it is fixed as I don't have to prove that they have fixed it.

Regarding the license, I don't consider it that important of an issue to negatively tag someone for it. It's misleading and deserves a neutral tag at worst if you ask me. If, of course, they lied about it. The major concern is whether a casino is or isn't scamming its players. That's why I am not asking about the license issue anymore, like JollyGood is.

On a different note, has this degenerate now started scamming people? Little Mouse posted unreferenced feedback that he scammed him out of $600. I am guessing on Telegram or some other chat service where you can easily impersonate anyone.

I have been scammed by him ($600). He impersonated Shuffle founder on telegram. Timing was bad for me as I was dealing with something else which was more important for me. I didnt bother sending $300 first as everything was nicely set up. Once again, I was asked to send $300 more which I did. Until then I didnt realize that it was scam. Later when he asked another $600, I realized that I was scammed. Checked instantly and turned out that I was scammed. For not a single time, I thought why would Noah ask me for an invoice payment. Scammer on telegram told me that he just tagged me. I checked and found that it was jackpotracer.
Just to inform you, jackpotracer has been asking me to remove nutildah from MetaWin campaign which I denied and even I didn't share with nutildah either. He threatened me that he will reach MetaWin if I don't remove nutildah. He reached MetaWin on Friday or Saturday. I had to face few questions from MetaWin rep. This is ridiculous.

And it was my surprise that this scammer even reached Noah (shuffle founder) impersonating me but luckily he was able to identify the scammer.

In my internet life, I have been barely scammed. I was even aware of such attempt as back in the days, I was managing few telegram channels. But jackpotracer was able to scam me. As I told it was bad timing for me.

That is awful. Sorry to hear about that bud. And I do appreciate you sticking up for me. Turns out the hunches of everyone who ever left a feedback for him was correct. I'm thinking a flag is probably warranted at this point but its late here and I'll have to take a closer inspection of the situation tomorrow. We now know we are dealing with a game-protect level sociopath who will stop at nothing to make a dirty buck in the sleaziest of ways possible. Possibly the worst type of characters that the forum has to endure.
