I think you need to learn how not to be greedy as a gambler, first you must understand that cash out options are there for you to take back your capital and a little profit. So even if the entire game hasn't played already and there is an option for cash out, most times just take the cash out and try again next time. however greed wouldn't want you to cash out as you would wait till the end of the game to try your luck.

Secondly if I lose too many times on my bet, I usually take a break and restrategize, sometimes I select few games and increase my stake, instead permutating many games. upon doing this, I've reduce my bursting level, and once there is cash out option I immediately Cash out, because the amount is always a bit significant because of the amount I use in staking.

Your feeling is mutual and that means you are not the only one that feels this way. Some gamblers have taken some break because of this as they don't win after playing series of times with high hope of winning. The most painful aspect of gambling is when you have seen a reasonable amount in cashout but refuse to click on the button to exit your game in some little profit and then everything disappears like you never had the opportunity for the green

As Long you have the knowleha able wisdom that you have to quit at what doesn't work out good for you my dear, just do it as you were whispered else you would go more emotionally down. I believe you actually considered your funds due to your unbearable lost of funds on several occasions.

You're not the only one that feels this way when gambling, you shouldn't think that you can win everytime that you gamble therefore when you gamble and lose don't give up but continue playing as you might win one day but don't use too much wager to gamble so you can play many bets and not lose too much money when you lose. If the money that you're losing isn't too much you won't be chasing after your losses that'll make you to become addicted to gambling.

I try to be pretty rational about it but I do get excited if I win a big win relative to what I'm betting. $100 for example is not a huge amount for me but if I'm playing slots at $0.20 a spin and I win $100 I'm pretty happy about it. No body is ever happy  doing something you expect better results,  yet there is nothing to show forth. You can only feel excited when you always win or when you win frequently than lossing always. Quitting is not the best option though but consistency with varieties of methods. Sometimes when you don't get better results in what you do, try as much as possible to change your strategy, because sometimes if you are using a bad strategy you might be having more lost than win.
