On 26.02.2024, I went to the coins.game site and invested 30 dollars. I have played by depositing 50, 100, 300 dollars before and won, although it is rare, I have withdrawn 50, 300, 900 dollars, no problem so far. The 30 dollar multiplier roulettes I played on 26.02.2024 reached the level of 1000 dollars. It came out. I requested a withdrawal and it was canceled after 12 hours. 1 IP per user is a rule in most of casinos nowadays, if you live with friends and each of you have an account on the casino, then the casino will block the accounts because is against the rules. You can see that in their ToS.

So, in theory, you break the rules, but most of the casinos will understand the fact that multiple users like in the same house and allow them to play with the same IP, other casinos will take that excuse to not pay and block the account.

It really sucks that you weren't able to take your profit, you should ask them to do KYC for all the accounts with the same IP and prove there are different users on each account, that should be proof enough that you are not cheating.

There is a possibility that the OP was believing and hoping for positive feedback, and why he/she was waiting, he tries to increase the amount in order to cash out big, and the casino, on the other hand, allowed the OP to play, maybe to see if there could be some slit chance that he could lose it all back to the casino. 
 
I have seen cases where the accused is waiting for the reply of the casino and they try to double their money before the waiting period could reach, and most of them always end up losing it all back to the casino, which will be a case close for the casino as there will be motion left for them to claim.

I am not a fan of the 1 account per IP excuse to not pay a player. Some people have a belief that an account is cursed and want a new account. Assuming that a person is not collecting multiple bonuses on an account and cheating the house, I do not see why multiple accounts aren't allowed? If they are making multiple accounts and taking advantage of 1st time deposit bonuses or whatnot, then they could have a case.

I am not saying the OP is innocent of anything here, nor am I calling the casino a scam at this point. Would be nice to hear both sides, but if their rep hasn't been online for a month, the odds are not likely that we will get their side.

Such a weird case. He wrote a lengthy story without providing any sort of proof whatsoever which is why op's case is pretty weak here. What makes it even weaker is turning 30 bucks into 32 grand even after getting blocked in between.

I am not taking any sides, but you decided to accuse a casino, and to do that you need to present some evidence except your words.

From $30 to $32k is crazy, and definitely, it's not something we see every day. If that happened to me I would have a lot of screenshots about my wins and correspondence with casino support.

Why are you wasting time to post the shots of your claims, if it is true. Firstly, I will blame you for not trying to make sure that you could withdraw the $1000 before using it to gamble again. From what you said, that they deprived you withdrawal because they claimed that someone else is has an account and gambling from your house.

That alone should have made you not think of gambling in that casino anymore, because you ought to have known that it will be impossible fir you to withdraw any amount that goes into that account again, due to the excuses that they told you that made them prevented you from withdrawal. You went ahead and gamble and hit the jackpot, what did you expect from the casino. To announce your name in TV and radio that you have won big in their casino and allow you to withdraw. You can't blame @OP, the casino advertised their brand in this forum, @OP had been playing, depositing and withdrawing some amount until he hit a $1k win from the $30 deposits which later balloon to $32k while waiting for his verification process to be approved.

Didn't you read what @OP stated? He tried to withdraw the $1k but was later canceled by the casino and demanded a KYC verification for the withdrawal process to continue.  Funny how you think that players can easily withdraw funds without the casino approving them. It is much better to create a scam accusation thread since it is the better option if the casino don't pay his winnings.

Such complaints are not meant for this thread. You will also have to upload evidence such as pictorial excerpts and possibly if you can, put up the transaction hash for verification and confirmation.
Only these steps could get you the attention you deserve to fast track your complaints.

Lastly, I have used the search engine to see if this casino is registered here but to no avail which means the possibility of getting of getting your case solved here is minuit but however, there are reputable members who could help you press further the case if they find it worth the time and reason being that you are hiding nothing about the situation surrounding your account being blocked and funds confiscated.

Have you hear a word, you never know getting a scam before you actually getting a scam. How he can know, there has some strange activity no one know mate. It's most common things in (CASINO Industry)

If you win big or withdraw big, there always have some flag system on casino. Usually, there has some potential (KYC) request something like these the reason is for casino:
- Buying time
- Hopefully, user cannot passed these.

You are right and more skeptical about the multiple account claims by the casino because that accusation came after he have won and want to withdraw,  it's be more better if the player is punished for trying to abuse the casino bonus system using multiple accounts.

But in this case,  the player was allowed to make multiple deposits and played a a few time and won,  be for thos claim came up and there is not mentioned pf abuse on bonus other than the multiple account accusations.

Although the casino may have more details about the players activities on the casino which we may not be open to such informations unless it being posted for public assessments before we may know what truly transpired between the player and the casino who blocked him after he won.

i don’t trust a lot of websites especially those who are always asking for kyc details. while i do understand that some casinos really do need kyc, it is still worrying because a lot of scans are done this way. this is incredibly petty and pathetic. sorry this happened to you op. i don’t think you can still get your money back but thanks for spreading awareness
