On 26.02.2024, I went to the coins.game site and invested 30 dollars. 1 IP per user is a rule in most of casinos nowadays, if you live with friends and each of you have an account on the casino, then the casino will block the accounts because is against the rules. You can see that in their ToS.

It really sucks that you weren't able to take your profit, you should ask them to do KYC for all the accounts with the same IP and prove there are different users on each account, that should be proof enough that you are not cheating.

There is a possibility that the OP was believing and hoping for positive feedback, and why he/she was waiting, he tries to increase the amount in order to cash out big, and the casino, on the other hand, allowed the OP to play, maybe to see if there could be some slit chance that he could lose it all back to the casino.

He tried to withdraw the $1k but was later canceled by the casino and demanded a KYC verification for the withdrawal process to continue.  Funny how you think that players can easily withdraw funds without the casino approving them. Such complaints are not meant for this thread. You will also have to upload evidence such as pictorial excerpts and possibly if you can, put up the transaction hash for verification and confirmation.

You are right and more skeptical about the multiple account claims by the casino because that accusation came after he have won and want to withdraw,  it's be more better if the player is punished for trying to abuse the casino bonus system using multiple accounts.

But in this case,  the player was allowed to make multiple deposits and played a a few time and won,  be for thos claim came up and there is not mentioned pf abuse on bonus other than the multiple account accusations.

The case is different (sports betting), but it seems that the process is similar where player is asked KYC and the verification took long time and eventually the casino not letting player to withdraw the winnings. I've never played in Coins.game so I can't tell my personal experience, but when ratings in different review sites don't match is often a bad sign.

I really do not think the casino are willing to do anything about OPs case. From the looks, there is every possibility that the casino does not want to issue OP win and are putting up this attitude of theirs to make sure OP feels frustrated and leave them.

If the presence of the casino is registered on this platform, that would help alot to pushing the case further to making sure it is fully resolved. I've never played in Coins.game so I can't tell my personal experience, but when ratings in different review sites don't match is often a bad sign.

On the other hand, if this casino is small (I don't really know, but it is not one of the leading crypto-casinos either), chances are that they can't afford to pay big prizes, and all the multi accounts and IP thing may be nothing more than an excuse.

Don’t do it here because this is the forum while coins.game representative last active here was January 20. You should move this to a better platform that specializes on handling this kind of case such as casinoguru or askgambler.  Last time that this casino faced problem was they didn’t owner 3rd party platform decision and stick to their initial decision.

if you have a complaint against coins.games it would be best to create a thread of your own on the scam accusation board and explain the situation you have with them and post evidence(screenshots of conversations with their support, deposits, withdrawals, etc...) to back up your claims.

At this point it doesn't even matter anymore, Coins.Game managers decided to move away from this forum for good.  Gekke was the first one from here who raised some good questions and a flag against Coins.Game (at that point I stopped playing there as well), and by his words he also hired a lawyer as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5482075.msg63733364#msg63733364, so we will see what will happen with that.

Really sad story, after a nice start I thought they were here to stay... and I really wonder what happened and what made them change their policy here on the forum all of a sudden. There is one other unresolved scam accusation against this site Coins.game CONFISCATING all my winnings (268mbtc) and unfortunately there is only 1 answer from the casino's rep saying that the player cheat the system but the casino do not tell how the player cheat the system. The case is different (sports betting), but it seems that the process is similar where player is asked KYC and the verification took long time and eventually the casino not letting player to withdraw the winnings. Sorry to hear your experience @OP, I guess you will not get a fast reply/answer from the casino in this forum but hopefully there will be a solution for your case from them through support.

I really do not think the casino are willing to do anything about OPs case. From the looks, there is every possibility that the casino does not want to issue OP win and are putting up this attitude of theirs to make sure OP feels frustrated and leave them.

Why? Is it because they can't solve their other issue? The previous amount is less than what the OP is requesting and if they can't pay it, how much more the OP right? However, they state a reason for it that the user have cheated. It's only lacking in evidence though. If proven that what the OP is saying is true and it was the fault of this casino, there is a chance that he will get paid, and add in if the casino will feel guilty and can't sleep at night.

Casinos pressuring their customers will only make their customers more angry and they can do worse things that can damage the casino's reputation. The only/best way for the casinos to be left unharmed is if they settle what they owe or sort out all of their existing issues in a proper way.

Actually coins.game started their journey in this forum well, they had signature campaign as well as exclusive bitcointalk forum contest without any issue.
Unfortunately, the first issue came just after they stopped all their marketing in this forum, is it just a coincidence?
I stopped playing there too since Gekke raised the issue but there is no real answer from coins.game except accusing Gekke as cheater.
Something that actually can be resolved easily IMO, but seems that coins.game do not want to resolve it fairly and publicly.

Reading the issue seems valid not because coins.game already have pending existing issue against a forum user but rather cheating on roulette is not possible especially if it’s from a live games, The OP already provided screenshots about his winning bet lightning roulette which is a very good sign that he is genuinely telling the truth about the source of his profit.

Coins.game seems starting to show a dark side by not paying those significant wins. They will find a way to find a small violation to confiscate the users profit. How come a multiple account will is related on how the OP win using roulette games.

Maybe it’s already time to warn forum members for this casino until the issues resolved? It seems like their reps is not available here so there’s nothing to do here to resolve this case using the forum.

Some casinos do act funny sometimes you know. I believe most times the reasons why they do so is as a result of the fact that they do not have enough funds to pay the winner or possibly they are just scheming for a possible way to not pay if the gambler have been on a back to back winning spree which they would definitely tag suspicious
that the winner might be taking advantage of a bug on their casino to make gains.
Why makes me laugh sometimes is the fact that when a reputable figure gets involved, they would just be bitting around the bush looking for ways to excuse themselves and at the entire end they would pay up when it dawns on them that  they are guilty.

On 26.02.2024, I went to the coins.game site and invested 30 dollars. I have played by depositing 50, 100, 300 dollars before and won, although it is rare, I have withdrawn 50, 300, 900 dollars, no problem so far. The 30 dollar multiplier roulettes I played on 26.02.2024 reached the level of 1000 dollars. It came out. I requested a withdrawal and it was canceled after 12 hours. After 12 hours, they asked for account confirmation. Of course, as a regular player, I had entered all my information correctly, the situations we are experiencing are classic. I sent my passport and face photo. After 48 hours, they got back to me that I opened different accounts. My account can only be accessed from 1 IP number in one house. They blocked my account with excuses such as if there was anyone playing on this site at home, we should have informed them. In a 48-hour period, I turned my balance of 1000 dollars into 32,800 dollars just by playing roulette. I am a human being, I can change house, I can change phone. I can enter the cafe, I can log in via wifi or my friend's phone, these are just excuses. They return emails as standard, but there is no contact person. This is what happens to you when you make money. He confiscated $32,800 and blocked me. If my messages are answered, I will share photos with my friends.

I don't know if your issue has been resolved, but just incase it's not yet resolved, and if you are sure that all you said here is the truth, then I definitely would say that it is truly unfair, I will advice you go to the Scam accusation board and open a scam accusation against this casino, what they did is truly unfair and unjust, and this is one of my reasons why I am always afraid of depositing large money on casinos and possibly winning big, for when you do, there is always the high chances they will look for one excuse or the other not to allow the player withdraw his or her winnings.

Open a scam accusation against this casino if you haven't, and let the forum members look into the case, and do not forget to first read all the rule and guidelines to opening a scam accusation before doing so, you must provide all evidences to your claim, else, nobody will take you serious, fair enough, the casino in question is a well known casino on this forum as they have held series of signature ad campaign here.

To give an added context [and please, anyone curious, please move your question to that thread], I suggested OP [weeks ago] to prove his innocence by publishing the page of IP log of his friends and GF [the 7 numbers] with the IP being actually censored, of course, with only the browser details being visible, to prove that those accounts logged in with the same IP are indeed from different people, given that it's accessed from different device and browser.

I believe we can safely assume that the chance is somewhat minimal for all seven people [OP, his GF, and his friends] to prefer the exact device and browser. And thus, proven that the IP log of each user shows different details, is probably good enough [though still not solid] to open for a possibility that what OP said is true.

What an error. Do you mean for this long they have had no much activity and engagements here and they want the community to patronise their services. It is not appropriate for such actions of theirs. And from the looks, it seems OP has not been attended to by the casino and neither have their representative responded positively to OP complaints here which is not healthy for their casino.
I think this is not a good sign and gamblers should be cautious about the casino for now because there is every possibility that the casino might be facing internal crisis since they have been mute about OP complaints and their representative is not as active as before.
