That's really weird that they're going to block your account when you violated that IP change rule like what can you really do in that situation when you've changed your IP? It's not like you've changed your IP somewhere that's illegal right and shouldn't this thing not be a thing anymore? @yahoo62278's right, it's not a good reason to not pay your player? And this person has already given their information that's needed already right? So I don't think that Coins Game is going to have any problem anymore especially with the fact that if OP is doing something bad in their casino, they can just go up to his profile check on his information and do what they need to do.

There is one other unresolved scam accusation against this site Coins.game CONFISCATING all my winnings (268mbtc) and unfortunately there is only 1 answer from the casino's rep saying that the player cheat the system but the casino do not tell how the player cheat the system. The case is different (sports betting), but it seems that the process is similar where player is asked KYC and the verification took long time and eventually the casino not letting player to withdraw the winnings. Sorry to hear your experience @OP, I guess you will not get a fast reply/answer from the casino in this forum but hopefully there will be a solution for your case from them through support.

On 26.02.2024, I went to the coins.game site and invested 30 dollars. I have played by depositing 50, 100, 300 dollars before and won, although it is rare, I have withdrawn 50, 300, 900 dollars, no problem so far. The 30 dollar multiplier roulettes I played on 26.02.2024 reached the level of 1000 dollars. It came out. I requested a withdrawal and it was canceled after 12 hours. I've never played in Coins.game so I can't tell my personal experience, but when ratings in different review sites don't match is often a bad sign.

On the other hand, if this casino is small (I don't really know, but it is not one of the leading crypto-casinos either), chances are that they can't afford to pay big prizes, and all the multi accounts and IP thing may be nothing more than an excuse.

To clear doubts, we'd need more evidence.

I've always said that for casinos to cite the same IP and gadget as the means to block an account is evil, especially if they can't provide enough proof that you violated their terms and conditions without a reasonable doubt.

In a similar case that I responded to a while ago, merely because a representative of a casino came forward to say the guy had multiple accounts with them, all the users here started siding with the casino's representative, this is actually without any proof. Is that justice? I am not dumb. Well, as it is in this current dispensation, the casinos' environment is still very well underregulated, there's little you can do to get your money back. You are at the mercy of Coins.Game now.

I agree on this because anyone can be a victim of this multiple account once casino fake their IP log just to freeze the players account once win huge amount. But we can’t blame them for being harsh since there’s really a lot of players abusing the casino welcome bonus and other casino perks.

Casino nowadays already generalizing multiple account regardless if you are doing malicious activity or not so it’s much better to play safe and just use one account or use premium VPN to guarantee you won’t share your IP.

This casino has a lucky wheel available to all user regardless of rank that rewards real cash. I believe this is the reason why this casino use the multiple account terms to seize the account because there’s a possibility that all the account lucky wheel while there’s no way to prove online that your sister use other account unless you do live stream on all of your games.

I am not a fan of the 1 account per IP excuse to not pay a player. Some people have a belief that an account is cursed and want a new account. Assuming that a person is not collecting multiple bonuses on an account and cheating the house, I do not see why multiple accounts aren't allowed? If they are making multiple accounts and taking advantage of 1st time deposit bonuses or whatnot, then they could have a case.

And so casinos can make this as an excuse to confiscate the money of any player. Specially if he had won big money and try to withdraw it. But we really need to see the clearer picture here. For know, as there is a precedence against the casino, majority might be in the side of the accuser here.

Yes, we need both sides here, the problem is that most casinos keep quiet when they have accusations and will not divulge any of their findings unless it's a 3rd party arbiter. So maybe the OP will have to go on that way so that it might "force" the casino to give their side and let the 3rd party arbiter decides on this case.

I really do not think the casino are willing to do anything about OPs case. From the looks, there is every possibility that the casino does not want to issue OP win and are putting up this attitude of theirs to make sure OP feels frustrated and leave them.

If the presence of the casino is registered on this platform, that would help alot to pushing the case further to making sure it is fully resolved. However, of OP is really sincere that there is nothing wrong he or she has committed, then it would definitely be resolved here if some reputable members presses further with the case.

you cannot compare casino.guru a huge company in this field to btcgosu a small wordpress blog posting casino reviews for  getting referrals untill here is good but claiming you are most honest then giving fake ratings to some scam sites like this one in this topic or such as fortunejack its a big joke and some people might fall victims .


However for the OP (the victim in this topic) dont send any passport details or anything to anyone in here nobody here can help you

Don’t do it here because this is the forum while coins.game representative last active here was January 20. You should move this to a better platform that specializes on handling this kind of case such as casinoguru or askgambler.  Last time that this casino faced problem was they didn’t owner 3rd party platform decision and stick to their initial decision.

I really doubt that you can overturn their decision but trying will not gonna harm you. Please don’t send documents here especially documents that contains identity because no one here can help you personally to solve your case because we doesn’t have contact or work in that casino.
