You are right, The truth is investing in Bitcoin and investing in Shitcoin are not the same. If you invest in Bitcoin, no matter how low the price is or if the price drops, there is a possibility of the price reaching the highest level and recovering later, but there is no possibility of that happening in Shitcoin. Their are some people that just loves gambling, not that they don't know that it's very risky, but they just want to gamble and the greed for 20x to 100x is the reason they are hell bent on gambling on shit coin. Your opinion about altcoins is correct. Most of those who know about crypto currencies understand that shitcoins are basically a kind of fraud. Even then, the main reason they trade here is not that they cannot live without shitcoins . They actually want to get rich quick. They think that they can buy a lot of tokens at a low price and become rich very quickly. But in reality, the opposite happens. isn’t this normal? every new trader learns by making mistakes at the start. if you don’t make mistakes how will you learn? i’m not even talking about others. when i first began trading i noticed that most tokens did well in the beginning but slowly their existence faded away. i bought many alt tokens and after a few months those coins dropped several times in price. i lost a good amount of money there. seeing my situation a few of my friends advised me to get out of alt tokens and buy bitcoin or other top coins instead. i listened to them and did that. over the last two or three years i have made a huge profit that was beyond my imagination.

DCA strategy is one of the effective strategy in investing in BTC if done persistently and consistently but that doesn't also mean that you are not a good investment if you are using the dca strategy, there are rich forks who are also buying with the lump sum strategy are we going to call them bad investors? you can answer the question, there are also other forks who has reached there accumulation point and can decide to be adding more when the market is dip we can't also condemn them unless you are a new investor who is now waiting for the dip before buying BTC then i will say it's wrong for a new investor to adopt the buy the dip strategy.

Volatility in Bitcoin is inescapable for sure, but then it only affect folks in the short term and not their long term outcome....Just take a look at the history of Bitcoin you will see that despite all of its price fluctuations, those folks who where consistent in their buys and where able to hold for the duration of 4-10yrs+ never ended up in loss, infact they were more profitable than they imagined...I mean coz of its past success, that's why lots of folks decided to begin investing in Bitcoin... Ignorant newbie investors will put their money in shitcoins, they get burnt sooner and learn their lessons the hard way from personal experiences, they either learn from their failed expeditions or they will categorize cryptocurrency as a scam. Unfortunately many people don't make research before venturing into the crypto market, if they do they will understand that Bitcoin is way ahead of shitcoins that are flooding the market. These people that often like to invest in shitty and damn altcoins projects that are created for personal benefits are only wasting their time. There is no guarantee and probability of making money when people pour their resources in them.
If we assume that these people are really making huge profits from investing in shits, that can be temporary because they will still lose the money to altcoins market.

When I was a novice, I bought some altcoins hoping to become rich through these damn projects but I was surprised with the biggest misery of my life. I lost it all and decided to be very careful when investing in anything digital including the forezx, bond, and synthetic markets. I think those who had made mistakes investing in those altcoins projects will have a better and inner understanding of the risks that are involved ans why other people need to keep their money from these projects.

Yes it is possible not to be successful in bitcoin regardless of whether we are holding for a long term. Since no one can predict the market correctly.
There are different strategies that can be used in accumulating bitcoin and non of this strategy isn't good for accumulating bitcoin. An investor can decide to use any of the strategies to buy bitcoin without them being unsuccessful. There is non of this strategy that isn't effective and it will be wrong for anyone to think or undermine any of the strategies.

Even though nothing is guarantee in Bitcoin, I doubt that an investor will not be successful if they actually accumulate and hold for the long term reason because the potential of Bitcoin has been seen and certainly Bitcoin will still continue grow gradually and if you are sounding this way it means you don't believe in Bitcoin even when you called yourself an investor. We have also been told to invest with what we can afford to lose so that it won't be a burden to us and lastly, even though all the strategies are good but the DCA method still remains the best because anyone can literally invest but the poor can not use the lump sum method to invest because they can not afford it.

If we are guaranteed to be become successful in our BTC investment why are we then advise to invest with the money we can afford to loss which is to be our discretionary income. I will also prove wrong by saying that a poor bitcoin investor can't buy bitcoin using the lump sum strategy, even if a poor investor won't make the lump sum strategy as his regular method of buying bitcoin he can still use it probably if he won lottery or maybe an unexpected huge amount enter his account he can decide to lump sum with it, so any body can use the lump sum strategy both the rich and the poor.
