Why look for a perfect entry when you can't start buying whenever as long as you've figured out your discretionary income, the idea of looking for a perfect entry point will always lead go people delaying and not starting to buy bitcoin when they should, whether the delay is to look for a perfect time to buy or whether it is to gather knowledge before investing it is still the wrong move to make for an investor, what's important is figuring out our discretionary income, once that has been done we can start buying bitcoin.
No one can say for sure whether the price will increase or decrease in the next week or month. As a result, many people end up staying out of the market waiting for the perfect time or buying out of FOMO when the price increases further. So there is no such thing as a perfect entry. However, I do not completely agree with this part that "gaining knowledge before investing is also a wrong step" because gaining basic knowledge is very important. An investor should at least know how to buy and save for the long term or how important it is to save the wallet seeds well. Also, many people think that what is Bitcoin and why it is valuable. In short, an investor should know how to store his Bitcoin safely.

However, of course, it is not right that if years pass by saying that I will learn a little more and then buy, that is also not a good strategy. Learning and investing in small amounts can both go together. Many people choose the method of investing a fixed amount regularly, which is called DCA. And through this, consistency is emphasized rather than timing the market and the investment can be kept safe from wasting time.

stop telling people to start learning how to secure their bitcoin when they are supposed to be ongoingly investing. A no coiner goal is how they are supposed to be buying bitcoin so they can grow up their bitcoin stash, such people shouldn't be wasting time learning security when they don't have anything yet in their wallet to protect.

There is time for everything, a time to get the fuck started and invest according to person discretionary, and then there is a time to learn. And this learning can be done along the way.

Holding doesn't mean ignoring the the perfect entry butbdi does mean having a clear plan and not making emotional decisions every time the price dips everyone strategy is different but discipline is what usually make the whole difference.i like the point you gave on having defined objective, without one, it's easy to get distracted by short term price movement.
Crytohillss there is no such thing as a perfect entry, where are you even getting such an idea from.. If there was then it would have been very easy for folks to just wait, then time the market  to make easy profit.. Moreso, holding is about accumulating and then keeping your Bitcoin for longer term durations, and why doing so it would obviously make no sense to then start involving yourself with the perfect entry.. Trying to get the perfect entry will only but lead folks to timing the market and chasing the perfect time to kickstarting your accumulation journey, which isn't wise at all...
The perfect entry time in investing is when you have excess available funds. The perfect time is when you have discretionary income and are confident that you will reach your Bitcoin goal. Just as human life depends on a hidden future, you cannot predict anything for sure, similarly in investing you have to invest based on a hidden assumption. The more discipline you have in life, the more successful you will be. The same applies to investing. The more regular and long-term discipline you can be in Bitcoin accumulation, the easier it will be to reach the over accumulation stage. Set a target time of 4-10 years and save Bitcoin regularly in the DCA method.
First there is no specific time that is set aside for a perfect buying of Bitcoin and accumulating and it is believe that an investors must have a discretionary income before considering to invest and secondly with the way you point out the world having excess available of funds as the only perfect time of investing, you are actually drawing my attention that you focus more on accumulating excess funds first before investing, you  don't actually need excess funds to invest but what is necessary and important for you to invest with is your discretionary income, because no matter the excess funds you have, if you have not been able to sort out your discretionary income, i don't think you made up your mind to archive a long term investment.

The idea of selling to buy back is the reason most people have fallen out of bitcoin investment unplanned, not that they reached their accumulation target nor did they fallout intentionally. Bitcoin fluctuations has made it almost impossible to determine when the price will rise or when the price will fall again. This is why anyone who really wants to succeed in bitcoin investment must first fight off the urge to be playing around with their bitcoin attempting to sell at highs and hoping to buy at lows. This is because, you may be lucky to sell at highs, but there's no guarantee that you will meet your desired dip to buy back. By so doing, you may end up waiting unendingly for your desired dip to occur and it may never occur or at least not at your own time.

Every bitcoin enthusiast must first decide on what he wants, whether he really wants to be a bitcoin investor or he decides to gamble away his opportunities to HODL for the future. I'm investment should last for at least 4 to 10 years or better still, it should last as long as possible especially while you still have an active source of income. The problem is that very many people don't define what they want. As a salary earner who is in bitcoin investment, buying bitcoin should be aimed at HODLing as a retirement plan so that you will be able to care less about the Market fluctuations and focus on maintaining your workable DCA approach.
To be successful in Bitcoin investment, it is not enough to just invest, but to hold and maintain this investment effectively in the long term, we have to accept all its volatility. There will always be fluctuations in the market, but those who have a clear goal will be able to maintain their investment for the long term without any problems. In my opinion, the main difference between successful investments is discipline, patience and consistency, which do not have volatility, greed and short-term aggressive trading mentality. The biggest mistake an investor makes is when they become restless for profit and panic when they see volatility. If we can maintain stability in our mentality in these areas, then our chances of investment success will be much better.

Keep investing i woke up this and i noticed that Bitcoin have grown up to 65k plus. Keep buying and hold unto your assets. Although holding your assets does not mean that the market is favourable but there are signs that the light is close. The market is unpredictable t and volatile that's true. Keep holding your assets and learn from the previous mistakes people did. There are those who sold their assets out of fear. Their is no perfect time than this time because the perfect time you are waiting for might not come.
Whether the Bitcoin price is $65k today, $60k today, or $70k today, you should not decide to buy Bitcoin just by seeing the price going up. The main thing is that you should not make any decision by seeing the price change in a short time. DCA should be done depending on the cash flow according to the income and expenses. Many people cannot really invest while looking for the perfect time, but today should not be the best time either. The best time should be according to your financial situation. When the investor has discretionary income, then the investment should start.

I agree with you. Making rash decisions based on short term price movement is not the mindset of an investment but an emotional individual. One must get to that stage on emotional maturity to eliminate rash decisions in Bitcoin. But to quickly eliminate that, one can just do DCA. Long term investors ignore short term prices and look at the bigger picture. That's what emotional individual fail to look at. This proves that discipline matters more than Market knowledge.

Trying to get the perfect entry will only but lead folks to timing the market and chasing the perfect time to kickstarting your accumulation journey, which isn't wise at all...

I agree with you, how can you be looking for a perfect entry. First of, that's enemies lane. Are you an investor or a trader? That term is used by traders more. What we talking about more here is how to invest in Bitcoin. That's the whole essence of this forum. To educate and show you how to invest in bitcoin. No such things as perfect entry.

You should not delay in investing in Bitcoin at all, the more time you delay in investing in Bitcoin, the more time you feel like you have lost in the future. So if you start investing in Bitcoin without delay, then you will definitely start benefiting from it, and it is most important to have an idea about how to make Bitcoin investment long-term and over time you can form an emergency fund to protect your Bitcoin investment.
Forming an emergency fund makes it much easier to hold your Bitcoin investment in the long term and you can protect your Bitcoin holding from any danger. So undoubtedly, there should be no delay in investing in Bitcoin and you will get the opportunity to gain more knowledge about Bitcoin along with the investment.

Investing in Bitcoin is a big decision that require careful consideration, while delaying an investment may mean miss potential opportunities it is equally important to understand Bitcoin risks market volatility and your own financial goal before committing funds. Long term approach to Bitcoin investment involves learning how the asset work setting realistic expectation and developing a strategy that fits one financial situation.

It may be a mistake to base your decision on recent price increases. It can create a fear of missing out in new investors that you should buy just because the price has gone up. If you buy today just because the price has gone up, it is not a decision you made based on your plan. If the price drops 20% a week later, the people who made the decision based on price may change their minds. It may be a mistake to make the decision based on price alone, but rather, it may be realistic to make a decision based on your income, position size, time horizon, and holding power.

Long-term investing does require strong discipline to ensure smooth progress over the long term. It's perfectly natural for investors to be less concerned with short-term Bitcoin price fluctuations because their goal is to hold on for a longer period using specific methods and with greater discipline. It's also important to understand that acting on emotions will never be successful, as emotions drive everyone in uncontrolled directions. Now the price of Bitcoin is starting to rise again slowly and has also crossed the $66K mark again, so for people who want to buy it as a future investment asset, it's best to do so immediately before Bitcoin hits the $70K mark again.

What would help to define long term discipline is for Bitcoin holders to truly define why they are holding, knowing what it takes and sticking to it is what it takes to remain disciplined otherwise it would be easy to derail from buying and holding for a long term. Firstly a Bitcoin investor should try as much as possible to be having discretionary funds to accumulate with them making the decision that they were not going to sell no matter what the price is at any moment. Emphasis should be laid on money because there are investors who genuinely wants to buy and hold for many years but due to some very important financial obligations they wouldn't have choice but to sell some of their Bitcoin. If you can meet up with your financial obligations there is no need to sell prematurely or be monitoring the market unnecessarily.

For long-term investing in BTC, it is not necessary to determine the purchase point at what price because it is certainly not trading and the important thing in long-term investment is to immediately buy BTC at any price because if you delay buying BTC, it will potentially make you not buy it which ultimately fails to buy BTC and yes, it would be better if we just buy BTC immediately if we already have discretionary income. However, many people are always afraid to buy BTC even for long-term investment because they want to maximize profits, even though the biggest profit is for those who hold BTC the longest because even if they buy at a low price, if they cannot hold BTC for the long term, they will definitely lose in terms of profits to those who buy at a high price as long as the person who buys at a high price holds their BTC longer than those who buy BTC at a low price.

Most people don't understand that getting the basic knowledge needed to start investing in bitcoin doesn't really take that much time, by the time you've figured out your discretionary income you would have already gotten all the basic knowledge you need to start buying bitcoin, we should try to learn how to multitask, don't separate figuring out your discretionary income for getting the basic knowledge you need to invest.

Buy bitcoin whenever the market falls and try to hold and sell when it raises, this is a lucrative idea to always consider when it comes to having a desired strategy over your investment in Bitcoin, it's also renders you the maximum ability to make profit whenever you invest if you take your time to speculate on the right entry and exit time for your investment in Bitcoin.
It is not every day that the market falls for investors to buy Bitcoin and it is not every time that the market falls investors will have available discretionary income to buy Bitcoin, waiting whenever the market falls to buy Bitcoin and sell back immediately when the market raises is not a lucrative idea to always consider as an investor because it is not an investment strategy, that is just trading mindset, and if investors should go with that they will remain lower coiners, they will be gambling with their Bitcoin, and they would probably lose their money in chasing for small profits, the desired strategy investors should think of and consider mostly is dca strategy. The dca method allows the rich and the poor to buy Bitcoin anytime regardless of the price.
Honestly dunamisx is not specific in the point just made and that is actually deception for newbies. Make your point simple and clear by going directly to what you are talking about you can't be talking about Bitcoin trading and Bitcoin investment as if they can marry. So far the distinction between Bitcoin trading and Bitcoin investment has been made very clear. if I get it right dunamisx just said that Bitcoin trading is lucrative but we all know that is not true and buying on a dip to sell immediately is trading not investment. in other words dunamisx just said that Bitcoin gambling is lucrative. what a wonderful deception for newbies. For me this fallacy about trading is just too high "that Bitcoin trading is lucrative?" it is easier to just say you can just make immediate profit but not to say it is lucrative as if high percentage of traders are in profit.

While investing for the long term, one should not change one's decision repeatedly based on short-term fluctuations without any reason. Emotional people usually change their decisions at the slightest moment, either out of fear, panicking about the fall, or greedy if the price increases. Many people may sell at a fall due to lack of understanding or management of risk. In this case, by investing regularly, investors can pay more attention to long-term goals than short-term price changes and there is no need to speculate or analyze market fluctuations. In the case of regular investment, when an investor invests according to his ability, he will be able to remain steadfast in his long-term plan. At the same time, it is important to have an emergency fund and risk management, which increases the chances of success in the long term.

And you believe that getting the basic knowledge will take enough time from you for it to be considered as delay? Most people don't understand that getting the basic knowledge needed to start investing in bitcoin doesn't really take that much time, by the time you've figured out your discretionary income you would have already gotten all the basic knowledge you need to start buying bitcoin, we should try to learn how to multitask, don't separate figuring out your discretionary income for getting the basic knowledge you need to invest.
People don't need to understand everything before one begin, learning the basic first and figuring out what one can comfortably invest can happen at the same time, the reason is that investment do not meant for rushing in blindly. The basic are enough to get started and one can keep learning as long as one are investing money you can afford to loss. Waiting until one understand very single detail often just leads to unnecessary delays.
