As long as you or anyone has there discretionary income, then the best time to invest is even yesterday.. And so, that one day waiting period that you even spoke of even for me seem like a waste of precious time.. Coz it can make you not to even start again, and that's coz that 1 day waiting period may eventually turn into 5 day and from there keep going higher and higher till you later loose interest in investment all together..
