Yes, it does. It's true that bad decisions always come from bad emotions that are clouding our minds. We cannot think straight which means we will make bad choices and most of those end up in chaos.
I can still remember how wild I could be whenever I felt like the gambling site was cheating. In my opinion emotions shouldn't be part of our decision making when it comes to gambling or to trading. As soon as there is money involved our brain and stomach like to play tricks on us and we need to be extra careful not to give into those emotions. Mood swings where a big issue for me when I first started out with playing poker online. During my early days I was always very excited at the start of a session, but as soon as I had two or three bad beats, I would start to tilt and start playing poorly. Making decisions only based on rational information and without emotions would be the optimal play, unfortunately we humans have a lot of emotions and it's hard to control them for a long period of time. Which is why I find that the longer my gambling session goes the harder it becomes to play optimally. One way for me to limit the influence emotions have on me is to follow fixed strategies, where I don't have to make constantly new decisions. Poker is a great example for that, I only play a certain range of cards depending on my position at the table. This makes it much easier to fold unprofitable cards even when I want to play more and recover my previous losses. Martingale based strategies are another great example for Roulette or Dice, there we follow our system and are not at risk to make decisions based on emotions. 

Indeed! and sometimes those bad decisions are also made because of your current situation, especially if you are crowded and in a problematic place, you can't think properly and the worst thing is that we became impulsive in every thing because we don't know what to follow because our minds are messed up. So in order not to fall in making bad decisions, it's better to clear up our minds and learn hot to calm ourselves in the midst of chaos.
