It depends on the player if he already reached his targets. It is better to go home with some winnings rather than go home as a loser. It's rare to see someone who just started gambling newly return to gamble more after winning a big win. Well it's a matter of choice you know depending on the person's needs,but for me I can stop in between my losses and win because I know very well when you lose and chase after loss you lose more and when you win and still want to gamble more you lose more money cause gambling it's indefinite with the winnings.

Maybe I'm wrong, but most of the time, we win first before losing. And I don't think it is because of the lack of knowledge, but rather because our luck never stays long. If we win today, we don't overthink that we could still win tomorrow or the next day because there is no guarantee of winning. If we bet $100 on this game and lose, we should never think of doubling our bet the next game because, as I've said, we don't have any assurance of winning. What happens if I lose that bet? Instead of aiming to recover our losses, we make them triple.

We can't manipulate the game; that is the thing we should put in our minds. If we win, that is great, but if we become greedy, that is why we spend a lot of money it usually end up losing everything.

that's right, actually when you win or when you lose, we must have control to stop. we do not know the limits of someone's satisfaction when winning several bets. every gambler must have their own. the same thing must be done when we are on a losing streak. we have an allocation and for betting, what we do is just as much as possible we do not miss it. many gamblers end up regretting because they chase their losses by continuing to make deposits. the results will not change when we become very frustrated.

maybe this is not easy to do for novice gamblers. especially for those who have enough funds to bet. but everything must be planned so as not to make them regret it.

Either of the two can be a good time to stop gambling and take a break.

If you feel that you're losing too much, stopping momentarily is the best option to prevent further losses. I already experienced losing consecutive times, and I almost got depressed, but when I choose to stop myself and divert my focus on to something that I love to do which is playing online games, that feeling of disappointment and regret has gone already before I know it. Stopping and diverting your focus on another thing is a good option when you're losing money.

On the other hand, you can also stop whenever you're winning already. If you're contented with the amount of winnings that you got then it's time to stop. Unfortunately, there are some gamblers out there who doesn't know when to stop especially when they are winning. They feel that luck is on their side hence, they will gamble, and gamble until they eventually lose their money.

If I will choose one between the two though, I would go with the when you're winning.
