I’ve been through this too. I still don’t know the solution. Right now, the competition in the tournament is so fierce that it’s almost impossible to reach the top ranks. If that's the case, then I think that there's nothing to change with their current set up. Because there are users want to read the emails they get in their local or native languages.

Also if they are tired reading their local languages, they can change the setting and turn text to English. There's few or no people complaining about it, so that means everything is fine and people don't have any complaint regarding this situation.

That way, I can double my sats and keep going in the tournament or another bet, but I just can’t seem to win that bet. Because of this, I can never build up any savings. I should say you have improved a lot, some weeks back you couldn't make it to the top ten but now you're among the top ten which is a good improvement.

Though I have never used this gambling site to gamble, but from experience when you comes across something like this you could easily visit the language section to change it yourself without waiting for the team to do that from their ends, except it's a bug issue where it needed the team to fixed it from their ends.

But part of the text is in English and the other part is in Russian, which does not make sense. If he had just chosen the Russian language from the settings, then the whole message should be in Russian, not just part of it.

I think it's possibly a small error when the notification was sent or a bug regarding the language translation.
