The fact that emails from personal managers must end with "bitzmail.io" is not enough because scammers can create an email ending with something like "bitzmaiI.io" to scam people.
I don’t think this has anything to do with the casino. If some scammer send an email from bitzmaiI.io, the user is responsible to check the authenticity of the sender. Bitz.io cannot do anything about it. Do we held amazon responsible just because some scammer created a phishing site like “amaz0n.com” and scammed people? No we don’t do that. Then why would bitz.io care for the phishing emails that look similar to theirs? That’s not their responsibility to stop scammers which act outside their reach.

To be honest, I don’t think it’s that easy for a hacker to create an email address that ends with @bitzmail.io (which is supposed to be the official domain) unless they have access to the company’s servers or email servers. And if he has done that, then he could do far more than just create an email address using the legitimate domain. Anyway, it’s always recommended to verify that the email address is legitimate and to confirm with customer support that the email you received and the offer theh have proposed are genuine.

I agree with you that it is the responsibility of the casino owners to block all the ways scammers use to represent the casino to commit what will make gamblers not to visit such casino. Many casino owners have lost potential gamblers because they ignore some information that made scammers to use their name to scamm some gamblers.i know that Blitz have potential teams that is representing the casino very well and I believe they can handle this situation to make sure nobody or other casino will have something common with the casino, because that is the easiest way to scam some innocent gamblers. Any casino owners that want to stop scammers, it will not be hard for them to stop scammers, because they will be announcing some new changes and some designs on their website, which is the easiest way to protect your casino and to make gamblers to be comfortable with the casino.

If users can be careful and not in rush, they will aware that is a fake site and not using the site. However, people will be in hurry if they seeing something interest them. They don't want to be late and that makes them not check all things. Bitz.io will not thinks much about them. They cares with security and all things related to their site. It is users responsibility to makes sure that they are in the right place.

That's why it's important to always verify the sender and ensure it's from the official Bitz address, not a similar but fake domain. Many scammers use domains that look almost identical to the original, and it's the user's responsibility to check spelling, hyphens, or domain endings. Also, don't click on links from suspicious emails. Always double-check and confirm with customer service if necessary.

I am not holding Bitz responsible if a scammer used an identical phising mail to scam people. I'm only saying, since they have various personal managers and they can use different emails that end with bitzmail.io, then they can publish those emails so players know that any email coming from a different email is to be treated like a scam. Amazon has official emails; they can't message you from another email, so it's easier to verify. To be honest, I don’t think it’s that easy for a hacker to create an email address that ends with @bitzmail.io (which is supposed to be the official domain) unless they have access to the company’s servers or email servers. And if he has done that, then he could do far more than just create an email address using the legitimate domain.
I did not use "bitzmail.io", I talked about "bitzmaiI.io". It is not difficult for scammers to create spoofed domains. They can do it in a way that it looks very identical to the official one, and if you don't look very well, you might not spot the difference.

Email spoofing is very possible and that can happen as scammers have got resources as well and they can pay and buy that. It's best to approach the support and ask them if the email received is from them. I also don't click those random links from those emails because who knows if that directs to a phishing link they created and in just split seconds, you've forgotten to be careful and fooled that they're real.

The things that we can do is just check the links and don't click it if we suspicious it is from the scammers or hackers. We never know so it is better we skip it. Thank you for the links.

Okay, below is the screenshot of the mail, you can assess it to know if it is a phishing like or just a preferential mail from Bitz.io recognizing me as a VIP member. However, even if this mail is from the site, they should have also sent me a notification because it will be unprofessional of them to send me a random mail without notifying me first on their site. I started using Bitz.io recently, even though i have been staking bets on the site but i wonder why they will make me a VIP so soon. Let's say that we haven't seen this post confirming the legality of emails from bitz yet. You could just Google the domain "bitzmail.io " and the manager's nickname in telegram, which you see in the picture in the letter: 1. On the bitz website, the contact support button leads to an email address support@ bitzmail.io Also, using Google, I found a couple of articles about bitz, where it is mentioned support@bitzmail.io: https://www.newsbtc.com/bitz-casino/https://www.cryptoninjas.net/crypto/best-mobile-bitcoin-casinos/2. With the nickname telegram, too, everything is simple. We can see it right here, in this thread: 🌍 Need a VPN? No worries — message the manager on Telegram @BitzGiftBot and get a free key 🔑

Guys, I made my first withdrawal from the casino. So far everything went smoothly, there was no additional request for document validation or anything like that. I’m quite satisfied and I requested Bitcoin itself. Now I’m just waiting for the amount to be credited to my wallet. Bitz casino 100%!

You rejoice early. You should be happy when the cryptocurrency came to your wallet, and not when you pressed the big button labeled "Withdraw".
By the way, did anyone participate in the mega-super fast survey on the bitz discord last week? It was quite funny. I took tenth place because I can't read English fast enough.

Dear guests! All emails from our personal managers sent from the @bitzmail.io domain are official. An example of such an email is shown in the screenshot.
The fact that emails from personal managers must end with "bitzmail.io" is not enough because scammers can create an email ending with something like "bitzmaiI.io" to scam people. Not if you thoroughly scan each character from that email address. It's actually easy to spot the uppercase "I" and lowercase "L" or "l" when you type it on the address bar of your browser. If you're using Google Chrome, take a look at this. It's the same when you type it in Gmail. The uppercase "I" is shorter than the lowercase "L". Like I said, you have to thoroughly scan each character and make a comparison between these letters to avoid getting tricked. We all know there are a lot of ways to spot them, but this one could somehow help.

I've never been interested in it myself, but maybe someone knows. Such address substitution scams have been used for a very long time, but still sometimes, due to carelessness, you can fall for the tricks of scammers.
