It seems hey fixed the issue, the website is up and I could withdraw without facing any problems. It is expected for a new website to go down from time to time because no matter how much preparations they make, there will always be another bug around the corner waiting to ruin everything. Better be safe (offline) than sorry.

Yeah, I get what you're saying. I had the exact same thing, when I registered I only gave an email and made a password,  no KYC requirements,  everything was very easy which I like that. Even when I made my first withdrawal and there were no personal info requirements, my withdrawal was very easy and smooth, no delays at all. What you're saying is exactly what I have experienced. KYC is not mandatory, you can still make withdrawals without problems. A casino that is either new or old can make KYC is mandatory, it's their business, it's their home and there are terms from them. Mandatory KYC or not, they decide it in their ToS but it is not related to their business age at all.

If they see KYC is important for their business and its legal obeyment, they will make KYC as mandatory; otherwise they will not enforce KYC on their site.
