... I asked because most casinos that are fraudulent have been banned from this forum whereas I've not come across any punishment for people who play the victims against casinos whereas they're the ones at fault.
As far as I know, no casino or any other service provider has been banned on this forum because of cheating or scamming and that’s mainly because scams are not moderated on bitcointalk. However, the forum admin can ban them from advertising their services but he is unlikely to ban their accounts. When it comes to users falsely accusing casinos of cheating then, unfortunately, there isn’t much that can be done except to distrust them, challenge them and expose their lies. And what's funny is that those accounts that usually accused casinos are newbies so we really don't know that they have registered just to accused casinos without any proof. Because I don't see old accounts here who might have been playing on other casinos complaining and it's very rare. Only newbie accounts with nothing to say and there are no proof of what they are saying maybe except discrediting casino on their own behest or maybe they really have some intentions behind. But community is not easily fallen for this kind of trick already and most of them are just being ignored. That also lost the credibility of the complaint. However, regardless of their rank, the casino should still accept it and not ignore it. We never know they are old gamblers but not active in the forum. Because as long as it was valid, the casino responded to it in a positive way. Anyway, no casino has been made in perfection. Minor issues still come no matter what. That is why feedback is very important. Not just bringing the casino down but correcting mistakes and helping it grow.

As good as I can remember, the forum does not so much interfere in the activities of the casinos. Even if a project is fake, the community and DT members know how to deal with it.

I read some of the cases but never actually taught it would get to the point when they will just ignore all pending issues just because of the lack of communication or should I say they were probably just ignorant of the cases. Bc game is one of the few casino I still use till date though and haven't gotten any issues but if they can handle such cases in a market space that is very broad in gambling then it most certainly will resurface again anytime soon in the future.
Even if you do not write anything in the scam accusation board threads, you should actually read the scam accusation threads often. At least visit the section regularly to stay updated on new scams and the methods hackers or exploiters might be using. I have been fairly active in the scam accusation board, and I have seen hundreds of scam accusations against BC game, and most of them were solved by our forum guy, holydarkness. Of course, it was actually solved by the BC game team, but with the help of holydarkness. Since they refused to cooperate with him, I didn't see any resolved cases in the scam accusation board and I am afraid, BC game has shitty support system and they do not have any interest to solve the scam accusations.

Don't take out the possibility that a few times when reports comes into the forum, sometimes the newbie account isn't at wrong, instead the casino is the one at fault and resolves the issues. Majority of times the newbies are wrong, that is why the forum or DT don't call judgement quickly, they listen to both the casino response and complains from the user. The forum also have ghost viewers, only when they have complains do they signup to raise awareness, that is a reason more newbies presents majority of cases.

It's possible that they have accounts here as well that are aged and well ranked but they don't want to reveal themselves. But let's just think that they have just found the forum and made a new account trying to think that the community will be on their side after making false accusations without any proof at all. They want to get back what was lost to them and they think that by doing the discrediting will help them. Well, no it won't happen as there will be investigations that can be conducted for the example of bitz if someone has that accusation which mostly are falsely made.

So if they can't provide anything most likely they are really doing a false accusation against them.

It is a most common pattern of using newbie accounts for create scam accusation threads that mostly don't attach evidence or don't include enough evidence or to make complaint posts in announcement threads of casinos. Mostly like this but it's not reason automatically restrict newbies to post in casino announcement threads or to create scam accusation threads. When people have enough experience in forum, they will become more familiar with this style and be more cautious with such complaints and accusations from newbies until evidence is provided likely enough and investigation from the casino or mediator can resolve or close the case.

When a user makes an accusation or leaves a negative review, if it's not responded properly, others will perceive it as dishonest service, and users will start to looking for another service. So, whether it is a beginner who makes a false accusation, company must giving a good answer to their users as a proof the accusation is not true and the company did not do anything as accused.
Engaging, resolving and finalizing a case is important while the final decision for closing a case does not need to be refund to users or similar action. If a user did things broke ToS of casino, finalizing and closing the case means something different while the user will not get what he/she wants by creating accusation. Accusations can be valid or invalid and finalizing an accusation as valid or invalid both is very helpful for defending a casino reputation. Cheaters don't have foundations in evidence to win against casinos if casinos made their evidence-based decisions against cheating accounts, so proactively answering accusations and finalizing it is very good approach for quickly closing unnecessary invalid accusations.

I've read this before, but I honestly don't believe other casinos make false allegations against their competitors. I'm not saying it's not possible, but I just struggle to believe it. It doesn't make sense to me, however I look at it. Instead of spending resources to demarket a competitor, they can spend those resources to market themselves. If they want to demarket a casino, that casino is not their only competition, so that means they have to do the same thing for dozens of other casinos. It doesn't make sense. No matter how I look at it, I still struggle to see how a casino can be so petty and go as low as creating false scam accusations against another casino just to take it out of business, which never even happens, so what is their gain in doing that?
We don't know the truth and only guess but that is happens in real life. It is happens in all businesses without we can identify as they use a smooth way. We just see something bad happens to that business without knowing the real. So that can also happens in gambling industry and they may demarket a casino, they will select their target and spread false accusation. They can pay other parties to help them do the dirty work without anyone know. All things will be for gaining more benefits from the members.

The annoying complaint I see in the forum are people claiming that they were addicted to gambling and therefore applied for self exclusion but the casino refused and they lost money in the process and therefore demand for a refund. Assuming they won, would that had asked the casinos to seize their money? I wonder that type of risk free business they want to go into. Some complaints from new accounts may be legitimate but the I feel that there are more scammers posing as new accounts than legit players who have real complaint.

Most of the complaints on forums are made by newly created accounts and where the community cannot see any evident information then it automatically becomes suspicious. In such forums as Bitcointalk, members tend to believe the reviews of the long-term member of the site since they have a legacy and reputation to uphold. Yet, it does not necessarily mean that all newbie complaints are not true. Other players might not open an account until they have encountered a problem with a casino. Even after all, it is evidence that counts. In case of a justified complaint, the user may offer concrete evidence in form of a screenshot, bet number, or a list of transactions in order to allow the community to make a reasonable judgment of the case.
