Does your 20$ deposit is on BTC or USDT?

Maybe you BTC balance is still not enough to meet the minimum withdrawal amount that’s why you are being required to deposit that specific amount to meet the minimum withdrawal.
Oh, right, I forgot to mention one detail: when I decided to withdraw my accumulated and winning SATS to my Bitcoin wallet, I found out that it was impossible, because on the withdrawal tab you can only choose to convert to USDC or USDT.



I ended up converting to USDT, which is why both the screenshots and the notification message say USDT.



Your balance is way above the minimum withdrawal on USDT while you don’t have bonus that will block your withdrawal attempt. I think some of your balance is came from the promo that requires specific deposit amount before you can withdraw since you mentioned you participated on different promo in the past.

You should verify your account on the support because some promo might overlap on your balance.

As per the faucet, there’s no mentioned requirements so I believe it’s on different promo.

But guys, do the satoshis collected from the faucet really come with any wagering requirement?

Maybe a representative of Bitz casino can be able to give you clarity on this but i think that you will have to wager the collected satoshis from the faucet, then if you win it can now become withdrawable. Or alternatively, it might be that it didn't reach the minimum withdrawable amount which is why you got a message to deposit 28.84 USDT, maybe if you deposit that amount you may be able to withdraw everything. Try reaching their support and ask them questions, they will explain to you better.

I am not sure how it goes since I haven't done self exclusion to myself. It's possible aside from banning the account, they're also including the IP from that user. Who knows about the process but it's possible. While this kind of feature helps for those who wants to stay away from bitz or any casino. There's actually no need for them to do that if they're responsible although it really helps when they have no access anymore to their accounts.

It’s more of a self-exclusion feature for gamblers who realize they have a problem with addiction. However, if a gambler is too addicted and doesn’t realize it, then a feature like this on Bitz or any other gambling platform will be largely ineffective, even if account and IP address blocking are in place. What I mean is that a heavily addicted player will simply use a VPN and create a new account.
And not just that, they'd go for here to another one if they're so addicted even if they have applied the self exclusion. Yet, they can't stop the urge to gamble again because that's what their minds are telling them and that's to keep on gambling regardless of where they ending up. All they wanna do is to gamble and maybe find some of those faults to the next casino even they know that it's their own fault for continuing.

Being addiction in anything is really hard to resolve, it takes time, cost and very strong mentality as well as discipline to change their mindset firstly, then habit gradually with time. Most people fail to do that and by continuing their addiction, they will move around and do what they are familiar with like gambling or trading. Platforms are not responsible to do anything on behalf of users for rehabilitation on any activity, it's up to users for doing this individually.

It's a pretty good feature, but only for people who want to take responsibility for their addiction or people who just don't want to gamble anymore. The peoblem is that some people abuse it. They know that some casinos allow the player gamble when they come back to gamble, so they do so that they can say the casino shouldnt have allowed them gamble.
Some blames goes to the casino too, because they shouldnt allow any more that has self excluded himself to gamble again unless they go through the perfect channels.
Ordinarily, there is a need to self exclude when you notice that you're becoming addicted and alwasy have the urge to gamble irresponsibly, but it shouldnt be exploited and the casinos should do what they're supposed to do.

You are actually right because he's balance is actually above the minimum withdrawal,  so I don't think the issue is about the total balance or faucet earnings.  I think the problem is from the Pomo rules, because some pomo comes with some hidden rules and you have to meet the requirements before you can withdraw your money,  so even if one promo does not block withdrawals, overlapping conditions from multiple promos can create requirements like a deposit before cashout.

Most times all these rules will not be obvious until you are about to withdraw your money,  and it can be confusing and also frustrating most especially when you have tried different methods just to get your money. What will actually help you the most and the fastest is if you contact the customer support. Just make sure you provide them some details and ask them which rule is in place from your current restriction, and once the customer support replies,  you will know how to finish whatever is preventing you from the withdrawal and what’s holding you up.
