Yes, being selective will gives us a chance to gets the best that we wants so we can select the best option from many options. Yes, if possible, the KYC requirements for minimum funds withdrawn and deposited should be increased to a minimum mandatory KYC requirement when depositing and withdrawing 0.5BTC, so that I can gamble without having to do KYC because of course what I deposit and withdraw from the casino will not reach that level, hahaha.

Hmm one of the areas that most of the online gambling casinos that needs to improve is the ability to interact quickly as possible with their customers when there is an issue on the account. Most online casinos will let you open a ticket for the said issues and then you'll have to wait for 24-48 hrs at the very least to get their response. I mean, everybody wants their issue to get resolved within the day as it may bear a lot of inconvenience if it takes 1-2 business day at the very least. That is the kind of innovative customer service that I would like to see.

Loyalty programs, bonuses, and stuff like these are quite necessary for any online casinos due to the growing competition in the online gambling industry nowadays. So, I don't think this will concern for most of the customers.
