Because no company in the world wants to let the profits go out of his hands. It's not just for the gambling casino sector, if you look at every social media or every mobile company there is a competition to keep users on their site for longer.
So I don't think any casino will take any action in this direction. Moreover, if you see most of the casinos want to increase the user attraction by offering attractive offers through more bonuses and various contests. I believe that most people already know what gambling is all about before going into it. Those people who get addicted to gambling do so out of ignorance and a lack of self-discipline. I have few friends and work mates who gamble, and I would just watch them gamble since they know their limit they would stop when they had enough, but if I think that they are spending too much on it that it is affecting how they act around with other people then I would talk to them and give them advice.

There's an old saying "repetition is the mother of learning". And now when I have small children, it is clearer to me than ever, it's up to us to constantly repeat to them what is good and what is not, and they will learn eventually. But we need to be persistent and never stop repeating to them all the important things.

I think there's no way how we can help beginners not to get addicted because that was a self-decision. The moment they enter the gambling, they should experience everything from winning to losing and the effect on it on their mental aspects. These are the factors that will help them decide if they will continue gambling or not.

You’ve got a point OP. Perhaps people aren’t fully aware of the negative effects that could affect their lives and the people around them. But then again, that’s why gambling as an activity isn’t meant for immature minds and that’s why there’s an age limit to it.
Sadly, people that should be mature enough still get snatched in the claws of addiction. And personally, I don’t think gambling companies could care any more for people that get addicted to the activity. Perhaps they like people getting addicted as they would remain in business, making profit.

Creating awareness about gambling addiction is better left to individuals and bodies who care. Gambling companies do not and wouldn’t do much to curb the problem.
