It's simple and you just need to read more actively so that it will produce good knowledge, identify your abilities and if you know, develop those abilities to make you more developed. Most beginners are not really beginners because they understand forums much better than more senior members. But the problem is not whether we have seniors in the forum but what contribution we can make so that the forum becomes a place to discuss and share new things that are more useful.
