Money is very much needed to survive in life. Life without money is impossible. Everyone should make use of life time to earn money.  And using it properly. Because misuse of money can bring disaster in our life.  Everyone should save. But after meeting the basic needs. If you spend it at the right time in life to earn money, you will get its benefits at the last age. But each person looks at life differently. But while meeting the needs of money, one should not forget to enjoy life.  Everything is needed. The importance of money cannot be overstated. But it should be kept in mind that earning money is not the main goal of life.

Some people are denying the fact that money is not everything, I tends to agree with them under one condition which is when someone is sick your money cannot buy you good health, but apart from that, I think money can be everything.

Without money, there are several things you can never do because you will be limited to some certain things because you have no money, and before you invest in anything, you need capital which is money. Moreover, you not have a good background education without having money to sponsor your bills and this life depend on good background in all aspect and to even get respect, you need money.

Apparently, it's just a piece of paper and that's what we all are working day and night to get our hands on the paper, but as you said without it you will be nothing even your family may find that you're not really fit to survive if you don't make money. People who say money doesn't buy happiness either too rich so they don't know how hard is to get money in the hands when someone belongs to middle class.

OP, perhaps this user is too dependent on money. I do not deny the importance of money in life, but see it as a means to easily achieve what you want.

For example:
If you can contact people with money, power,... in society. Ask if they are happy or not?

IMO, there will be many different answers, but in that position they will use money to dominate those who need it.

And in other cases that I know from spiritual practitioners, or some philosophers, they express that the things we try to achieve and until we achieve them really only make us approach it close to tragedy in life.

So it's just a personal opinion, everyone is free in their choices. From believing that money brings happiness or whatever they see when they have money, feel free to follow what you think is your ideal life without imposing on others and must live the way you live.

The reason why people said money can’t buy happiness is that sometimes when you have money there are some certain things that you can’t get, although money can control things there are some things that money can’t control or buy, when you have money and you don’t have good health that means you are not happy with the situation you are in the moment, and also there are some money you will make that will not be in a good way and you will having a feeling about what will happen at the end, to be honest money is life but the way we make money sometimes doesn’t bring happiness, so what we need is to pray and work to make money in better ways and leave a good life if not what some people see in life before becoming a successful person in life is not a easy life.

Welcome to the real world, cash rules everything around. It's simple, with money everything is easier and everything is much easier to reach... even if something doesn't work, with money it's easy to lubricate (I hope it's the right term) and find a solution. There is a proverb: "If you can't solve a problem with money, you can solve it with a lot of money".

But not everything is so simple in this world, after all, money (or wealth) cannot buy everything, simply said some things are not for sale. Money can make some things easier, but still, if someone is "stupid" he is stupid both with money and without money... it's the same for some people who are unfortunately sick and cannot be cured by all the money in the world.

Like with many other things I guess, it's hard when you don't have it, it's hard when you have it too much... being moderate in life is hard, but when people achieve that they don't need too much of anything to be really happy and fulfilled.

Everyone wants to live a happy life but they are working day and night just to earn money so I think this is not a happy life because if we work hard we will earn and if we stop to work we will not be able to earn.

Some people don't think about their health but I think health is more important than money so I think money is not wealth but health is all wealth. Money is the need of life and without money we cannot buy anything but happiness is not related to money.

That's probably because you haven't tried to live sustainably like growing your own garden where you can get all the stuff you need like food. If you actually know how to live in a farm, you can easily live out of the stuff that you maintain and grow there. Sure it might need money first but when things get going and you make it grow even more for yourself, you probably won't be able to rely too much on money anymore. So yes, in some way, money will never be all wealth, if you're talking emotionally, spiritually, there's more to things than just money to be called wealthy.

each of us gets

it simply is far too little resources for people in general.

we would be much better off at the size of 400 million people or having 20 planet earths.

Does not matter what you want to call wealth you can see from above there really is not much on the planet.

Btw time matters no one gets 150 years worth of time.

fresh clean water
land that is not wasted and polluted
ocean that is not wasted and polluted
and time which includes good health

Money isn't everything!  Feels like it is I know.  But there's more to this life.  Family, good friends, people who genuinely care for you - you cant put a price tag on that stuff.  Yet it matters so much, especially when times are tough.  People like that can be an anchor for you.

Yeah I'm not gonna lie, the situation plainly sucks.  Money problems are mad stressful, no doubt.  But don't let that completely overwhelm you, you know?  Focus on what you can control for now - hitting those books building real skills, hustling hard.  There's a way upwards, but itll probably take some grit to get there.

The saying "money cannot buy happiness" is far beyond the way you are just thinking, my friend. Money can do a lot of good things for an individual, money can grant you a very great opportunity, make you to live luxury, make you to meet other high status men and women whom you would not have met if you had zero money. Money can be used to archive so many great things in life, but you cannot really go to any market in the world, to any shop in the world, or to any hotel in the world and use the money you have to purchase happiness like a goods. This may sound easy, but It is actually not. We live in the modern world and as much as you don't want to believe that you rely much with money, I'm afraid you're wrong. Farmers from the state side here in my country have grown a lot of different crops and raised countless of live stocks, but they still need to come down to the market to sell their products, of course in exchange with money because again we are in the modern world.
Now, that scenario along let's me think that no matter if you live off grid, you'll always rely on money for your transportation, your kid's education, some farm equipment maintenance, and anything that you need to buy out of necessities. This may somehow reduce the expenditure because you own a farm, but one would always need money.

Money is an asset, you can't live without money. Before the government issued USD, you can live without fiat since at that time assets were gold, garden, house etc. But after the government issued USD, people need to have fiat to live because it's the only currency that accepted by everyone.

From a personal perspective, real wealth is not only focused on literal money, because many rich people, as in many billions of dollars, do not have peace of mind. If you look, most of the rich are not rich with real friends.

You are right, and my question is whether I am stating that money is not everything. And what I am stating clearly is that money can make everything we want and need happen, including everything you mentioned.

I understand what you mean, you are trying to say that having money is not enough, we need health, happiness, family...and I want to tell you that if you don't have money, things like health, family happiness...you won't have it. Money may not buy happiness but it will certainly maintain your family's happiness. Without money, I guarantee that maintaining family happiness is very difficult, if not impossible.

My point of view is that money is everything, when you have money you will have everything you want from health to happiness...things that cannot be bought with money will be bought with a lot of money.

The concept and feeling of happiness are different for each person. Some people need yachts to be happy, while others are happy creating things with little income. Money is a way to survive, but not all wealth. People can be rich or consider themselves rich in a completely different sense. We often see people who have a lot of money, but their money does not bring them joy.
