Jokes apart, their hard work and dedication are commendable, they have defeated favorites on a lot of occasions and they have played very well throughout the tournament and finally secured their position in the semis.

Their nation would be extremely happy and proud of their team qualifying for the semi-final for the first time in history.

I congratulate anyone who has been supporting them.

They 100% can if everything goes their way, but I don't see that happening because I feel that this is South Africa's cup since they have been crazy lucky throughout the tournament and that same luck could guide them to the cup.

All 4 teams deserve the cup for sure, but England is the least deserving one among them since they reached this position thanks to Australia at one stage.

With just three matches left (2 semi finals and one final), i think with my three points leads i can stay at the first position provided i don't predict any more matches wrong  

I missed out on tonight's superbru predictions despite being active (I was under the impression that i had opted for my options already) and lost at least 1 point.

I guess superbru gives you three free default picks in case you do not pick any three of the matches, you will get a default winner 1 point for that match. So sometimes its a blessing (and some people may use it as a tactic too) to not pick three matches and get 3 points.

If we talk about which team deserves it the most based on their history in the world cups, I would say it's South Africa for sure because they have faced defeat in the semis or finals a lot of times and if they get it this time, they will be extremely happy with that. For Afghanistan, it's their first time reaching this stage, so even if they don't win it or reach the final, they would still be happy to make it this far and they will improve more till the next time.

However, we can't ignore the fact that South Africa is a choker, they tend to choke on a lot of occasions and we have seen this in this tournament as well. England and India both play very well under pressure, but since they are playing against each other, only one of them can go to the final.

Overall, the final is going to be interesting.

You have 3 points lead but in semis and in finals, superbru gives more points for correct predictions, so others have chance to overtake you.

How are you so sure, cricket is a game of glorious uncertainty i.e. if you predict in advance it may not be correct. We saw at the end of the group stage games that four teams qualified for the semi-final round.
The first semi-final between those four teams will take place tomorrow, with Afghanistan and South Africa facing each other. We don't know which of these two teams will win but based on the performance of both the teams at present they are both going in the same direction. On the other hand in the second semi-final match India and England will face each other these two teams are very strong and they have such powerful players in their team that they can turn the match at any time.

We are just waiting to enjoy these two matches and see which of the two teams reach the finals and eventually win the title.

It happened but I am not sure if it was deliberate because of the camera. In hindsight, everyone can call it a genius move or just a coincidence. Bravo the bowler had the capability of outfoxing any batter so maybe he did something there.

By the way, how the first Semi final may have the reserve day and second semi final does not have the reserve day. How come the ICC knew that India would be playing the 2nd semi finals and we have predictions of rain in that match and we do not put a reserve day so there is no upset and India moves on.  

Well, I know that all this cant be planned but for sure, it seems that nature is also with India at the moment

Now second semi final match Indian sqaud against England sqaud is again resumed after long delayed due to bad weather condition. Just one other behind for play and India sqaud is very near to complete first batting Inning and their performance in this inning is not too much good what I expected and I believe that India squad will manage 200 plus Defeating target but England bowlers today is in full form. Thanks to Rohit Sharma batter and Suryakumar Yadav for displaying very fantastic performance in last moment when main batter like Kohli, Pant was wiped out without showing actual strength and support their sqaud to emerge victory. Now the Defeating target is also much appreciated and total managed 171 scored after playing all overs. Chris Jordan again picked up highest batter wickets in today semi final match and I remember that in previous match, Chris Jordan also displayed great performance with pick 4 wickets. This match still in favour of Indian squad because India sqaud have much powerful and skillful bowlers like Bumrah.

India set the huge target of 172 runs to England after batting well they are good in bowling also excellent bowling by Indian team they are dominating on England batsman no player from England team played long innings. England lost their 6 wickets on just 71 runs and more then hundred runs required on last 8 overs which will be veey difficult task for England team to chase because they lost their middle order wickets very fast only Livingston on the crease now and pressure is on team England. Indian spinners destroyed England batting line up nobody could stand in front of Indian bowlers excellent bowling by axar Patel and kuldeep yadav axar Patel takes three wickets. It seems like England could made only 100 runs all credit goes to India bowlers they took wickets very fast which created pressure on team England and if England team save their wickets then it would be easy to chase but now it is too late

And it was also a very strong and interesting match.  In which both teams are strong and performing well.  The Indian batsmen have just performed and set a big target of 171 in the match.  If seen, it is not difficult for England.  But the Indian bowler has now applied pressure with efficiency to stop the run of the England batsmen and take wickets and not allow the target to be achieved.  No, our guess proved wrong.  I expected India to win this match.  And so it happened.  England is a good and strong team but their batsmen could not generate good pace and the whole team will be out in 16 overs and will be out of the final.  Congratulations to India for this win and also for going to the final.  And now the final match is between South Africa and India in which I hope that India will win the final match.  The England team had worked hard and struggled but could not reach the final.

Here we go everyone. India vs South Africa coming soon. I predicted that South Africa would reach the final when the tournament started and my guess was right. Their luck is phenomenal these days.

Favorite is clearly India while South Africa are the underdogs, but this is the T20 format and it's the battle of the chokers which is why it's 50:50 in my opinion. Excited!

Maybe Virat Kohli's poor performance is not considered much because India qualified for the final but if India had lost then maybe the team management would have considered Virat Kohli's poor performance.
But if India win the final, maybe Virat Kohli's poor performance will be forgotten forever.
Virat Kohli has been included in the squad for tomorrow's match because of his record of good performances in many finals in the past.

What a start to this finale! India started really well, but South Africa are back in control thanks to Rohit and Pant getting out in quick succession. Am seriously disappointed with Pant in the batting and wicketkeeping departments.

Seems like the wicket is already getting slower. Looks like this will end up being one heck of a finale. Let's see what happens.
