Unreasonable Withdrawal Limits on Betiro

Not only Stake but there are a lot of options available if someone checks in the gambling section of this forum. It's an overall bad decision to choose a new and not very widely used cryptocurrency exchange for your gambling activities, especially when you are willing to make large deposits as you said.

If I were even to deposit $1k, I would at least do some research to find out which casino has a good reputation when it comes to deposits and withdrawals and how they deal with customer complaints if something goes wrong. A bit of searching about cryptocurrency casinos can give you enough reviews about them all and then you can choose the one with the best reputation.

Most newbies make this mistake, and then they lose their money even after winning because they aren't allowed to withdraw the funds after that for some reason.

It's likely we won't get any update, sadly. I hope I'm wrong, though.

1. OP was active couple of days ago on bitcointalk but did not reply.
2. Their casino guru complaint thread appears to be neglected as well. The ultimatum given has passed and once the person in charge comes back from vacation, op's complaint will probably be officially rejected.

Nevertheless, I'm still skeptical on playing at betiro.

The issue of some users creating threads like this to complain about a poor service of a casino or any other platform, and later on not being able to keep reader updated with the latest updates; is very common on this forum, and not just this forum but most forums in general, and this is usually most common with newbies.

So, like the user above me say, expect no such update from the op, I have not checked his profile but I am very sure it will also show that it's been a long time since he last came online on this forum, so, he definitely can not give an update, the only thing now is for users to report the thread to the mod for a it's possible locking.

He has the right to complain since the casino change the terms when he requested the withdrawal. I do believe if you were in OP's position and situation, you will complain too although you have read the whole terms in the casino. Now its been a month since OP posted his story, unfortunately no recent update from him. We do not know how it goes but I hope he has already managed to withdraw at least 50% of his balance.

Seems like he had withdrawn part of his money from there, as it took around two months for him to withdraw all of it. I can't believe Betiro limits daily withdrawals to $500 while limiting monthly withdrawal limits to $50,000; I don't know how it works. I hope the people who play there read carefully the terms of withdrawal.

I just checked their terms and conditions right now, looks like they updated them again . the newly updated terms they now have a 4k euro daily withdrawal limit 10k euro weekly withdrawal limit and 20k euro monthly withdrawal limit.

Depositing $5,000 and $10,000 would make you a pretty high-roller.
Why would you deposit these amounts in a new casino? There are plenty of well reviewed casinos that can easily facilitate large cash outs.

from what the OP had said, there was no mention of the daily withdrawal limit being $500 and the terms and conditions mentioned that the monthly withdrawal limit is $50,000 when he deposited and gambled on the casino.

According to information provided by the op in the later part of the thread, he did read the terms and conditions of the said casino, and according to him, he was comfortable with it, and this is why he decided to deposit and start playing there.

But along the line, the casino changed/updated their terms and condition without notifying their users, and op only hot to learn about the new information concerning the limit on withdrawals just after he had won and wanted to withdraw the funds.

I think the thing here is, new casinos should never be trusted, don't even trust what is written in the terms and conditions cus that they can change at will too.
If one must play on a new casino, he or she should only do that with a small amount of money .

Just forget it. There are lots of other casinos, where there are normal withdrawal limits. When casino change their ToS every week, you risk your money everyday - no one knows what they change next time. They have no representative, no ANN thread, gamblers have problems with it. Just leave this threads and bump it sometimes to help other users to avoid this casino.

Its another level of cheating since for changing those terms without notifying their costumer it will possibly create certain conflict to the activities done by their people which could lead for certain issue of their users. We see multiple scam casino do this and provably we all know that this action is made by those casino which doesn't plan to run a good business. I don't usually spend some time to copy the TOS of the casino but we can avoid to encounter this kind of issue if we gamble only on trusted casinos.

It is true that it is much better to stick to casinos with good reputation, good community and good advertising here. But even in that case, it is usual not to fully read the Terms of Service of all sites you use. I reckon that if you are using a casino it is one of those placed you would really need to read, but sometimes it is not that easy. Just do not trust sites that provide unclear information.

Thing is this site isn't even reputed here in this forum, nor did we know shit about this casino, you might've fallen victim to a scam site, but you either played with them for a long while now to trust them enough that you'd deposit 21000 USD without even batting an eye, or you're a batshit idiot who rush things headlong not knowing nor thinking if there were repercussions, either way, what I would like you to do is first, try to withdraw up to the casino's limit. If they allow you to do take out the money there's a good enough chance you're dealing with an obscure yet slightly reputable site, although the process doesn't end there. What I want you to do next is to check if they have a customer service representative, ask them if there's any way they can bump up your withdrawal limit so as to meet your requests, and wait.

Some casinos after a rigorous KYC will allow you to receive a massive bump in your withdrawal limit, although honestly I don't even see the point of such a low amount especially since if this is a crypto casino there's no real way you can use it to launder money, which is the very reason why KYC-AML parameters are set in casinos nowadays. All of this rings scam to me and you might've just lost a huge amount.

Well, mentioning Stake by @Ultimatepoker is his own decision and I think you should have let it remain like that as that is a very well-thought decision and they may not even know much about the others you are talking about. Better still, he could have done the arithmetic on the pros and cons of them to have resorted to Stake alone. There are numerous reasons to choose Stake, especially when it comes to liquidity. Most casinos are greedy so soon because they can't always take care of the liquidity trying to be drawn from them by some winners, but when the casinos are big enough, such as Stake, such are not rampantly happening when you use the customer base proportion to judge and not the number of complainants alone because Stake has so many customers.

As for the small casinos, well, a few of them can still live up to the expectations, but generally, they are discouraging judging by what many of them have done.

Changing/updating the rules several times is not the main problem as long as it is not a sudden change/update, at least prior announcement should be made before the change.
The main issue with this topic is that the casino change/update the term/rule suddenly upon withdrawal request by players.
This is because any casino usually has a term say that they reserve the right to change/update the term anytime but I think it should be done fairly.
For such important thing, it should be announced publicly earlier or at least inform players earlier by sending email so players still have a time to take a decision related to the upcoming change.
