Currently, there's a pattern. A person makes a new account in BitcoinTalk, makes a topic/accuses a casino of scamming him/her, and because some users need to bump up their post count for their signature campaigns, the topic gets more attention than it should be during a normal situation.
I had always treated those complaints or accusations from newbies with caution or unseriousness. I had been in the habit of asking why always the newbies are cheated. But I had a second thought when a newbie complained about 7 million dollars win, I thought it was for jamboree but I'm the end BC.Game paid him the money. That is a good lesson enough to threat every complaint equally and should strictly base out judgement on facts only and not emotions or assumptions. It could be a newbie and it could be an established member.

Its true that there are certain users who do just simply vanish out on the time that their problems had been resolved out and dont mind to come back into this forum and would be telling everyone in regarding the status. Thats why sometimes reading up information into this forum are somewhat incomplete on which it could cause up some potential confusion just because you cant be sure whether the issue had been solved out or not.
This is very true, well in itself what is sought is to help so that they can solve their problems and that is a fact that it is nice that they do it, but as you say, afterwards they do not care about informing, I think that is part of the personality of the person, some have never been in forums and do not have that forum culture, but apart from that, I think that it makes us more human if they could participate, it is like a measure of education to see that the debate, advice and ideas were useful.

After they resolve the issue, they should say that everything is clear and they gets their money and the problem with the casino is end. I see some casino trying to maintain their reputation and solve every problem from their members but casino needs time to investigate and check everything so they can solve the problem. But we see many people can not be patience to wait the checking finish though the casino still trying to clearing the problem. If they can back to this forum and tell us that their problem is resolved, that will gives us the attention and the casino can get their reputation because they care with their members.

Most of the accusations against online casinos from this forum are false, the little ones that caught my attentions always come knocking with every single evidence they have, reading the topic from the beginning is enough to know that the accusations are probably true, but not majority of them.
I think their motivations against the casino is to build an army of hatred against the casino as a revenge for getting caught.

There would really be possible instances. #1. Brand new account doesnt always mean that they are noob, some of them are long time members of this forum and just masking out themselves just because they are really that afraid that they might be painted red on the moment that the accusation been found out to be false or fake. #2. On the moment that they cant be able to provide something solid then it do really just simply shows that they are just trying out to tarnish someones business or simply trolling #3. On the moment that they cant provide any reactions or responses towards community feedbacks or opinions then it do become that obvious that they are really just that simply trying out to destroy someones reputation or they do have those lots of time on trolling around.  Its really that important that verify everything when it comes to information that been given out specially on the current complaints or issues. Always verify if you do have plans on making up deposits on certain platforms.

I've practically had an experience with a guy that I know who lives close to my neighborhood here, he gambles alot though he's not on this forum, but he is very active on one of our country's popular forum, and he mostly gambles on local casinos. One time, I came across his scam accusation post against one of our local casinos on that local forum, I was surprised and I had to call him up to find out if what he shared or said happened really happened, lo and behold, after lying for some seconds, he decided to tell me the truth, and what he told me was that he lost some money he never really planned on losing while gambling on that casino, he was agree and as a retaliation, he decided to create the scam accusation against the casino as a way to have fun and make himself happy, according to him, he loves reading comments on such type of posts, and also, the customers who are going on avoid that casino at that very moment is a pay back for the casino taking his money. This was when I realized that not every accusations against casinos we see online are true and legitimate, specially the ones where op after creating the accusation, will automatically disappear from that thread, only maybe coming around to read but never replying to any of the comments.

I agree. That's all what they want to do. Other than that, they're all frustrated gamblers and so they want to put the blame to their accused casino. That's actually good observation from the accounts that have been making bunch of threads about their hate and frustration towards the casino where they've lost their bets. But, we can also say that a few of them are actually for real but those are the ones that have real back ups and proofs.

I wonder of those new accounts that claim that casino scammed them, I always surprised of all this because it seems that it maybe someone alt, because I wonder how someone who is new in a bitcointalk will just complain of casino and not ready to ask questions of the development of the forum and the important thing that makes them to involve in community the just joined, I'm seeing this method of people who have alt brought to be using to complete their weekly post quota, I think that the moderators should put more eyes on fresh accounts that just jumped into casino discussion

It helps further if either side or both of them could show proof to back up their claims, but sadly at times, since casinos have the system and have locked the accounts of the customers, they have little to back their claims up and I don't see how that is their fault.
That's how it is, and also a player can't be taking screenshots every time he plays to see if he's going to get scammed, those are things that are already in the casino, I'm sure that each casino has the history and even video of how things really were, and that's what should be presented, because it's difficult for both, for the casino and for the player, I think that if it were done that way there would be a lot of transparency, that each game Session could be recorded for both. In all the time that I have seen and followed up with such accusations and cases, I have never seen where I casinos team come out to publish public any evidence to support why their restricted or blocked an account, they normally say that it is against they privacy right and only the security team have the responsibility of seeing such vital evidence which they use to conclude their investigation before they make any final judgement. Only the complainant that is mart enough to have saved some evidence in form of screen shots and other documents that have that chance to present them when their are confronted with the questions of evidences.

I do noticed that many of the accusations is true although some of it is because there's a problem with the casino like unable to withdraw but in the end, the casino did solved it and that's what we can see in the scam accusation board about the threads with solved word at the title.

do you realize that nowadays it is not only accusations with evidence. some only share their experiences of gambling at certain casinos that ended unpleasantly for them. actually, it is okay to share experiences, but if you only share stories without attaching evidence, it will only be ignored. the stories they share are more directed at accusations against the casino that are unfair to them. and you can see more of them new accounts that are sometimes newly created or accounts that have a history of problems with several casinos in the past.

I've studied so many accusation on this forum and the red flags are
1. The accusers always use a brand new forum account. 2. They provided low to none evidence against the casino. 3. While the conversations are on going they become less active, avoiding questions.
Most of the accusations against online casinos from this forum are false, the little ones that caught my attentions always come knocking with every single evidence they have, reading the topic from the beginning is enough to know that the accusations are probably true, but not majority of them.
I think their motivations against the casino is to build an army of hatred against the casino as a revenge for getting caught.
I believe that creating a new account should not automatically raise suspicions. As @dunfida pointed out, some users may do so to protect their privacy and avoid linking their actual accounts, especially if they're wrongfully accusing the casino. It would stigmatize their account permanently. Moreover, just because someone is using a cryptocurrency casino doesn't have to imply that they're interested in the forum as well. Not everyone who's into cryptocurrencies is involved in this forum, or perhaps in any kind of forum; there are hundreds of social media pages nowadays that make forums look out of fashion. As long as there's sufficient evidence to back their claims, we shouldn't focus on the brand new account but on the incident itself.
