Liverpool never took this game serious since they have already qualify that's even why there betting odd was even big secondly they didn't play the game with some of there big boys if they played with their key players it would have been an easy win for Liverpool this is why PSV had more ball possession and more goal attempt in that game, Liverpool never saw that game as a serious one if it was a game that requires Liverpool to win and qualify loss and go home you would have seen how serious Liverpool would have been in that game I believe they would have play with all key players, let me just take Manchester City game and club brugge last night since Manchester City needed a win to qualify they put in all their best and also played with all important players to make sure they have all 3 points in that game and they won 3-1 so that's it, so In a normal circumstances it will really be a difficult one for PSV to win Liverpool in the UEFA Champions league game if not that Liverpool has already qualify.

That's what I thought when I saw Liverpool playing against PSV. They should relax a bit and save their players energy, honestly the teams ranked 1-8 in this last round are not my focus and I try to pay attention to the teams fighting to stay in the play off. The draw will be done tomorrow if I'm not mistaken and let's see which team faces the toughest match to compete for the last 16.

Liverpool football team lost the match against PSV football team and that was unexpected result because we all expected that Liverpool football team will win this match easily by high margin but football team gave excellent effort and did back to back goals due to which their team won the match by 3-2 . Gakpo was the person who did first goal of the match and he did goal at 28 minutes of the match and after his goal PSV players did effort for the goal and Bakayoko did second goal of the match at 35 minutes. Saibari was the person who did goal at 40 minutes of the match and now match was in the side of  Liverpool team because they did 2 goals so far but after that Saibari made score equal by doing goal at 45 minutes.And Pepi did last goal of the match at 50 minutes.

After seeing Benfica's performance against Barcelona and Juventus, I believe that the team is fully capable of qualifying
In the national championship, I haven't seen Benfica play as well as they did in those two matches, even if they did lose to Barcelona at the end.

Sporting vs Borussia
I think it was better to be drawn against Borussia than Atalanta, but I still have my doubts, even if the German team isn't in a good phase
If Sporting can get their coach right again, they have everything to win and qualify.

And for sporting I am quite skeptical that they can qualify for R16, that's because as you said, losing the figure of Amorim makes sporting performance uncertain, I still remember when they beat Man City when still handled by Amorim, that was an impressive performance from them but now what they show is like losing direction.
And in this play off round they will be met with Dortmund even though Dortmund is currently experiencing a change of coach they are still a strong Bundesliga team.

I don't know about this match right now because Manchester City also has a pretty good performance but this team will be against a tough team that Pep Guardiola and his team will face.

Liverpool performed really badly, we all never expected such a performance from them. It's true that Liverpool lost that match, but many people may have lost their bets in that match. Always the best subscription, Real Madrid and also Manchester City, I think if they can do improvisation maybe it will be much better, they can do a massacre in the play off round, but whether they can really return to the top and restore their lost ability in the season, that is a big question because they did not perform so well this season and it is very worrying especially Manchester City who almost did not enter the play off round before beating Club Brugge.
